    @BSNLCorporate why bsnl recharge is complicated so much, why we are not upgrade our sim when we are not available at origin place of sim. It's such a bad thing for BSNL. Government launch digital india but some of our government company not active just like BSNL.

    @AadiAchint @reliancejio We were told MTNL, BSNL were public sector, so theooor service was expected, changeover to private. Now all are same in deficiency of service service. Ram Bharose. If it works, it works

    @KaranSharma1008 @Prayag_Krishna Problem is everywhere. You nationalise Indian companies and put bureaucrats to oversee the business. They only make money. you can see the condition of bsnl air India and other public sectors. If you have any other solution feel free to propagate. Problems everyone can show.

    Trying to recharge my mom's mobile bsnl sim (Kerala )since yesterday and still failed. What's the issue? Customer care says it is a common issue and will be resolved in 2 hours since yesterday. It took 20min wait to talk to a customer care rep.
