@BSNL_KTK Dear BSNL, Suppose if an existing Subcriber of Normal Broadband Service of BSNL, Wishes to Upgrade to Fiber Based FTTH Service, Then He needs to buy an ONT Device. BUT Does he need to pay anything extra in the form of Installation charges or Other charges to Vendors ??

@BSNLCorporate Please look into the matter. I am receiving only 10-15 Mbps speed on Rs 599/- Plan. There should be atleast 30 Mbps speed as you offered upto 60 Mbps speed in this plan. My BSNL Fiber BB Customer ID is 1026630451, State Chandigarh.

@sarojkpanda1 @BSNL_OR Sir, My father from Cuttack bearing phone number 2966880, is a senior citizen and had a new BSNL FTTH connection at the start of this month. Since then he is struggling with continuing disconnections.He is being made to run from pillar to post for help.

@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.
