Dear @BSNLCorporate as a user of bsnl service its a very difficult to continue the service of bsnl as most of the time there is network issue problems forget about internet 2g/ 3g even a call didn't complete in Nalanda district of bihar @BSNL_BR pin code 803114. Look into this!

@BSNLCorporate Why GP & GP2 Recharge plan options are not shown on BSNL Self-care app? Other recommended plans there, if selected, only deducts money but doesn't provide service!
