    @Shubham_0107 Dear Customer, This is to inform you that your complaint number G1429178032181 has been addressed by the concerned team. We have received revert from the concerned department, Area In-charge/MSO, your premises is approximately 750 meters from Bachri GP. At present, OFC connectivity is not available up to your location and there is no feasible route/pole arrangement for OFC extension. Hence, the connection could not be provided due to technical and financial constraints. The docket was inadvertently closed under "Non Interested" instead of "Non Feasible"; the same has been noted. BSNL will inform you once the area becomes technically and financially feasible for providing the connection. We regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.     @bsnl_care Complaint has been generated several times in past but private ISP contractors working with BSNL are behaving like goons and not addressing issues properly how can BSNL overcome this @GoI_MeitY

    @saaaanjjjuuu Airtel 5G is not scam entire airtel is a big scam it's been 4 year I'm complainting still I raised complaint sending same words we trying to solve and I switched to jio 🥲 I'm my area vi and bsnl is far better then jio 🥲

    The only justification for paying so much for a mobile recharge is being able to share your unlimited data with everyone in the family through a mobile hotspot. It's time for BSNL to make its network actually usable.

    @TheIndicMind Yeah I don’t deny Recruitment & compensation are outdated & should def be fixed But it’s not late to make changes & many still feel the job security & stability is a good trade off so yes long term this will decay the org but I don’t see ISRO becoming a bsnl anytime soon

    @jsensarma Yeah I misaligned protectionism with guarantees. I think despite guarantees flagship Indian enterprises have failed at global levels. BSNL or even HAL. So am not sure domestic guarantees alone help spur the needed innovation. US innovation sparked mostly because of DoD guarantees - the same model didn't work with HAL. No idea why.

    @sdhrthmp Within government, it may not be possible to increase pay. So make it a PSU like BSNL, fix pay according to talent/role and make the company public retaining majority shareholding with Govt.
