    @BSNLCorporate BSNL providing very slow internet to the prepaid coustomer in Hooghly district, West Bengal. So many companies submitted to the customer support provider by us, but still the issue doesn't resolved. I request please look into this problem and resolved it quickly.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JKD Hi there BSNL, after 2 complaints and almost waiting 2 weeks we haven't got any type of support from the BSNL office and our internet still doesn't work. So only way now left is to disconnect the connection.

    Still BSNL has not improved its service. To pay bill online its site always in a bind no doubt it incurs loss. Worst service.

    I have two optic fibre connections. BSNL and a private network. Had issues with both the network today. Was in touch with BSNL support staff - He was supposed to visit my place 3 hours back. Where as the private network team contacted me and resolved the issue remotely.
