    @BSNLCorporate Called 6 ties, registered complaint 6 times, but every time BSL resolved the issue in the air, automatic resolution provided. Never contacted customer, never visited the place and never fixed the issue, this is the level of BSNL customer support. A pathetic service

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle worst service, called the local authority everyday for one week requesting ftth connection. their response 'will see tomorrow', went to bsnl office directly, their response 'it will be done by tomorrow EOD' Not sure how many more tomorrows they need

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK @CMDBSNL Is there any way to get the security deposit back, which we submit at the time of initializing a service. I have closed my BSNL postpaid number in Nov'20, but still have not received the deposit amount.

    @BSNL_JK If a private company uses BSNL FTTH then there will never be profit. I have be struggling in getting problem fixed for my home from last 17 hours but still issue is not resolved. DON'T KNOW WHO CAN IMPROVE WORK CULTURE IN THESE TYPES OF PSU. GOD HELP BSNL
