In bsnl whn I try to gnrt upc from bsnl an error comes that check ntwrk service.The number is active and i did recharge of 49+10 rs but again message is failing now they are saying to rcg with147rs or higher,which is pure loot,@TRAI @BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate

@RameshSewda1 @motorolaindia Moto is utter waste when we put BSNL sim as it doesn't support Volte that's why you are facing this problems.@Moto_Support.Moto phones don't have an patch update for BSNL Volte support but other mobile vendors gave those updates.Its customer fate in buying substandard moto mobile

In order to just send a text message from bsnl they are costing atleast 49+10+147rs. Which is pure loot please have check on this.. if possible keep port message free from all operators in pending dues of customer.
