Respected @AshwiniVaishnaw sir I'm resident of Gonda UP. Sir initially I have taken a bsnl fiber connection but due to unsatisfactory service i have opt out of it with all payments done.But they are sending message of unpaid bill to me daily I'm fed up by this mental harasment.

@BSNLCorporate There are no call center personnel when calling 1503 for prepaid.Only **** music coming out. What does this mean for bsnl prepaid customers?
