    @w_karve @muralipiyer private telecom companies spend 8-10% on salary, BSNL spends almost 80%+pathetic service by it's staff. It's beyond repair

    @BSNL_KTK well I have been using bsnl landline for the last 27 years, recently one bsnl employee, called telling they are upgrading the network,need permission for FTTH, when given, he first cut off landline then came asking for 10k for reconnection.

    @ashoksingh7588 @Bankers_We U r diverting the issue.... OK please elaborate before fdi wht was the condition of loss making PSUs including BSNL, MTNL or Air India... there useless staff loose who can not compete with rivalry companies. People choose them willingly.

    @DoT_India My Telephone No. is 0621-2270836. Internet speed is very slow for last 4-5 months. I also complained on Telephone And Online Many times but it was not resolved And the status of the complaint is shown Resolved on my bsnl self care account. Pls help to resolve this

    @pratheekjbhat @TheMohil8 @ANI BSNL is **** but I don't have any other option as I don't live in 1st tire city right now. But, I am using my mobile internet Airtel for this tweet. Also, regarding BSNL, the governance over this company has made this loss. Read about it, I feel bad for BSNL. Future is uncertain.

    @BSNLCorporate landline has not been working since past 6 months and amount is getting deducted from advance paid! How many times to complaint? Fedup with bsnl

    @an_tyagi @lokanuraag @_YogendraYadav No it won't be. Consolidation has already happened. There would be max of 3 players and minion in form of BSNL. Rates will be never reach the way it was before Jio.
