    @BSNLCorporate bsnl fiber service is horrible in area 226021, internet is getting disconnected frequently in every 2-3 days, but i am paying your bill regularly, if it will continue to happen, i will opt for other service provider..

    In Netaji Subhash telephone exchange (2566) u will see lack of staffs to solve problems quickly. In which way to making only one company no. 1 ; BSNL is getting treated as step child it's getting very bad for all Indians.

    @BSNLCorporate I have paid the due bill shown in BSNL Site.The due showing in BSNL App is Rs 0.BSNL has disconnected my connection.I called customer care to resolve matter.They asked me to go to BSNL office.BSNL still thinking its Landline time.

    @Uzumaki_079 @Des_loveall @pbhushan1 Hey idiot, you do not understand simple thing, which is if you create something which is never created before, you become richest, that is historical fact, gujju do not do that, they just copy, hefty fine was put on 2 biggest competitors and bsnl towers were given to him.

    @BSNL_AS why BSNL FTTH connection in Naharkatia, Dist- Dibrugarh,Assam,Pin-786610 is so unpredictable and has no certainity? I barely got 6,7hrs of service per day since last 3,4 weeks. Kindly solve the problem asap.

    @dmk19902 @Des_loveall @pbhushan1 bsnl is loss making dumbfcuk . they needed money to upgradeand cant compete with reliance . if gov lowers their price what will private companies do they will flood in debts and loss **** head.

    @snaik_bsnl Even though informing on August 21st regarding poor network (only 2G in our area odisha-756033 and the bsnl tower doesn't have power backup), till now not rectified. Most of the time, no network even though current is there. Facing worst experience with bsnl.

    @BSNL_CHTD ...BSNL THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY..I WANT TO EMPHASISE THAT IT IS NOT EXCESS PAID IF ANY,,IT IS DOUBLE PAYMENT BECAUSE OF YOUR PROBLEMS WITH AMAZON PAY...HENCE I SHALL BE HAPPY IF MY GRIEVANCE IS REDRESSED AND THE AMOUNT IS ADJUSTED IN THE SEP BILL...KANNAN
