@BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate I'm trying to change LL plan from VALUE ALL CUL to Super Value BSNL CUL plan thru the Selfcare portal. While submitting the change, it says "Combo plan exists, change in service is not applicable". I don't have combo plan. CC has no idea. Let me know.

@BSNL_KOTD Should starts provide 4g service In all over North 24 Parganas as soon as possible. I'm using BSNL more than 1/6 years but recently it decreased its Internet speed and fluctuating tower icons in mobile. I lodged a complain in customer care but they have no solution.

@s_u_n_e_j_o @narendramodi Forget 4G, there’s hardly any network for BSNL in Tamil Nadu & Delhi (places I have visited recently). Without proper network, how does one expect BSNL to flourish ? I testify that during 2018 floods, only BSNL network got assistance throughout without disruption.(worst-case)

@NeilBahal You’re correct Neil but smtms there r exceptions. I entered Tejas 1 month aftr it resumed uptrnd post it’s mega crash. BSNL trade receivables wr a problem, still r, 2sm extent. Their research team & prdcts wr excellent & so I just stayed with it & have been pleasantly surprised.

He also said that no support is being provided by the BSNL. He is bearing all the expenses on his own. With this attitude, I highly doubt you'll be able to provide connections in the rural area. Ground reality check? @AshwiniVaishnaw

@BSNLCorporate #BSNL #PMOIndia #NarendraModi BSNL advertising 4G but in Motihari 2G network is working. 2kbps to 5 kbps speed in Motihari sometimes no network. Please resolve my issue asap.
