  @bsnl_care This attitude is exactly why BSNL is losing customers. For basic information about your own offer, you’re asking customers to visit a CSC instead of providing a simple answer. If customer care has no information about an advertised offer, that shows serious incompetence.

  @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I'm a BSNL Bharat Fiber customer in Ropar, Punjab. Internet connectivity is frequently failing. Though the issue is attended to whenever reported, it is only temporarily resolved & keeps recurring. Request senior officials to kindly intervene.

  @kp_speaks05 Vodafone will not cut prices. However, their new networks claim to have less congestion. That is not yet proven. I ported out of Vodafone a while ago as the service was poor. BSNL has a very long way to go in order to be in a position to provide the desired service levels.
