    Very bad condition of BSNL fibre here in Chitrakoot district of UP . No one cares here . From last 3 days there is red line in modem and responsible person is keep telling that it has been repaired. Frustrating. Please intervene. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLUPEast @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @MumbaichaDon @Gachibowlidi Mumbaicha Don what do you think about govt investing about 25 billion dollars in BSNL ? Without changing the work culture i feel it may be money down the drain ? Though i completely support the idea of providing low cost high quality rural connectivity. Very strategic idea.

    @BSNL_KOTD Please maintain your infrastructure to cater the basic call & SMS service. Forget 4G/5G. No OTP / normal SMS is getting delivered in BSNL number from last 4 hrs. customer care are asking to wait another 1 hr. @BSNLCorporate

    Respected team, I contacted the Bsnl office in Baramulla regarding the installation of my Bsnl Fiber connection. They gave me the contact details of the local service cable provider. He gave me details regarding the same.

    Could you make your officer accountable? The concern officer's email id nor phone number working. Tried calling your officer on 08023550524, but it doesn't work. BSNL officer confirmed, line is correct but internal wiring issue in your department. When can I expect this to work?
