    @BSNL_JK dear bsnl my number is 01952237876 and we are army post office at baramulla. I placed an application for upgradation of my broadband to fiber but 5 days gone no upgradation done. I am facing many problems in my official work without internet as you had cut my connection.

    @BSNLCorporate Please think about overhead ofc deployed by TIPs in various cities. Due to overhead, more faults are occurring. Also, if local governing body will ask to remove it suddenly, it will be problem for BSNL FTTH customers. Make a plan to lay down underground OFC for end connections.

    @JioCare It is more than 3 days since we had lodged a complaint - SR00002FB35P. No action yet. Got a message that Serv Engr will attend on 15.06.25. 6 days for attending to a breakdown? Don't you think BSNL is better? Shame on you Jio 😡

    BSNL's 4G network likely does not support Carrier Aggregation due to its focus on indigenous technology, which prioritizes basic connectivity over advanced features. The 700 MHz and 2100 MHz bands could enable CA, but current equipment may not support it, impacting indoor and outdoor performance. Future upgrades to 5G might include CA, but no official confirmation exists. Competitive pressure could drive adoption, though cost and rollout speed remain constraints.

    @TanaysinghT Ported in to BSNL on November 2024, Ported out from BSNL on june 2025. BSNL has everything except and except NETWORK. I repeat- NETWORK

    Respected Sir, Both network connections (RCIL and BSNL) were affected due to multiple OFC cuts — RCIL (DSO–PAE, KAI–PMY, FL–AII, RE–NANGAL or PLCJ issues) and BSNL (JP–NDLS via Alwar & Rewari). As a result, the system was functioning slowly. However, the issue has now been resolved, and the system is working properly. The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted. Thank you for your understanding.

    @IndianTechGuide BSNL is known for its junk service & poor delivery including roudy customer care. They have to charge half the price to really reatain the customers, simply because this price matches their service. People know they are being exploited by the real "duopoly" but have no choice

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 According to me, you should have changed all network name BSNL Moblie for 2G, 3G, 4G instead of CellOne. And for BSNL 5G, use BSNL UltraWave.
