    @BSNLCorporate Finally an amount of ₹ 3275 received yesterday towards refund of my security deposit upon #bsnl landline phone connection was surrendered 2 years back! Hope now you must be knowing why people are moving away from @BSNLCorporate. Total incompetence and no customer focus.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi BSNL FTTH jo already exist kar rha h.. not working.. Thanks fr 5G Jio Hotspot works better than your broadband..for which we have to pay 3 times than a mobile bill.. this is not just my complaint but whole area facing speed n ping/latency issue..frequent interruption in service.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE my BSNL fiber is not working properly since yesterday evening. Too much fluctuations and since today morning it's not working.WAN light is green still no internet. Please have a look.

    @BSNL_KTK I'm using jio as well as BSNL sim cards. Bsnl internet is so poor, in my house in Thyagaraja nagar, Bangalore, it is not at all accessible. Even outside bsnl is not providing 4g service. Please clarify as I want to support our Govt organization but inevitably using jio
