    @bsnl_care Today network has been restored after two days. BSNL top officers should talk to chief engineer Deepak project BRO shimla about work in SKTT road. BRO should complete remaining double lane work within 2 months. BSNL OFC has been breaking for one month. Customers are suffering

    *Facing a serious issue* My Jharkhand BSNL SIM got damaged, and I visited the BSNL office in Balasore (Odisha). They issued me a replacement SIM after Aadhaar verification and ₹60 payment, assuring activation within 6 hours. It has now been 7 days and it is still not activated.
