    @reliancejio , @JioCare Experiencing very slow speed since 2 weeks . When we call to 198 it says “we knows the issue.” Then why you are not able to fix issue. If you can’t then hire good team from Airtel Vodafone or Bsnl. Who will give waiver of lost of the days from validity?

    @BSNLCorporate @BsnlCmd Bsnl broadband not working since last 3 months, official are saying distance is more but it was working since last 3-4 years, Raised more than 30 complaints but still no action taken. Could you please escalate. Complaint id-1052967004 @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate actually customer only should close complaint. some companies using OTP. if customer share that OTP then only they can close complaint. here BSNL closing it with even coming and seeing issue.

    Hey @TRAI @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate is looting us since I recharged my number with plan 139 yesterday but didn't received any benifits of the plan. BSNL Customer Care said the Plan you recharged with wasn't for your number it is only for inactive users. (1/3)

    @AatishFreex Dear Customer, It is to inform you that your lost sim u can receive from home state only after given affair copy to near your police station then submit to near your Bsnl office along with Original aadhar copy , after that u can get new sim of bearing Msisdn num.

    Bsnl Tower remains off located at model town B sopore when electricity goes off number of times we have requested the authorities the concerned incharge but everytime they haven't the sorted the problem.Concerned @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK @Bsnl_Kashmir may sort out our problem.
