    @BSNLCorporate October 2022 full month no connection working. Many complaints sent your local office. You took only charges without service. I will make official legal notice thru court in coming days. Your BSNL only collect charges. Why i will pay charges without network connection?@BSNL_CHTD

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, Issue is a message is coming in all news papers ( Financial express 31.10.22) BSNL is offering 1198 pack for 1 year to all prepaid customers. Where as this plan is not appearing in BSNL self care or web portal.

    @bhash @OlaElectric Your customer service is so pathetic, it can't be accessed from my reg bsnl mobile no and now you have removed the option to dial from alt no and input the reg mob no. So after paying the full amt on 7th sep I am lurching in space to get the update on the issue and delivery of S1

    @BSNLCorporate Still getting LOS light red in my router. My problem stills persists but BSNL not taking care customer problems. Why you are taking full amount for such type of service. I am very disappointed

    @TRAI please let me know timeline for processing recharge or refund because @BSNLCorporate is not at all helpful & i am stuck with ****** services of bsnl. 6 days till now and recharge not processed, no answer to issue raised and even no refund.what should i do now? @DoT_India

    My landline no is 08028611772 is not working from last 3 months nobody from BSNL office is hearing complaint. So very bad service. Any concerned office is there to rectify this.Tks.

    2 months ago, I had visited BSNL office for new connection of FIBER..I had waited for 2 weeks no one come than I decided if this type of service than not required. No fiber installation but send a bill of ₹ 673 after a month. THIS IS BSNL @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @GovernmentofI20
