This hardware connects directly to satellites to keep military and disaster teams online when cell towers collapse.   @amitjain5 For existing service customer care is a joke @reliancejio. Its 28 hours since I made first complaint about fibre connection. Hence what you say is another of great Jio jokes to fool gullible customers. As customers increased service quality nose dived. Jio is like BSNL these days

  Thanks for the complaint number (G093175667292), but my internet is still down after 3–4 days. Local BSNL staff keeps saying "today" but never fixes it. My office work is badly affected. Please resolve ASAP.
