CMP-RS GHAT (@Naga_smv) reported@JM_Scindia Shri Scandia, I am one of those customers of BSNL fed up of the services offered by BSNL. Registered a NO INTERNET complaint, on 080 23241920. Complaint was promptly closed without even rectifying. Earlier too I have raised this issue on CPGRAMS. No response.

Joseph (@panicker16141) reporteddid MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.

DEBASHIS MAITRA (@DEBASHISMAITR16) reported@PMOIndia Sir, though the centre is pushing for upgradation of the BSNL network,there is even no 3G or 4G network in west Bengal, kolkata circle. I bought last year a BSNL 5G sim of Kolkata ,west bengal circle but surprisingly there is no 3G or 4G network till today.

Saurabh (@SaurabhCapt) reported@Ravisutanjani Government looted 3.22 lakh crores of public money in the cover of @BSNLCorporate . Remember Sangam Snan of one of their officials a few months ago? There are lakhs of such visits. Government has no business in business. @JM_Scindia shut down BSNL.

Looks like TCS is far behind and still BSNL is claiming victory. TCS should come clean as to why they are unable to implement these features

Now it's Delhi circle. 1‐ Most of the payment apps do not show this Bsnl Delhi option. 2- Also, most of these payment apps are still not activated as the updated 4G version (same number) doesn't generate the OTP 3-Bsnl portal is too slow..

As a result, calls to these numbers aren’t going through. Because of this, I’m unable to contact my bank to get my credit card unblocked. @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia
