Om Prakash Choubey (@opchoubey1707) reported@BSNL_NE2 It seems there is no care taker of BSNL Network at Hayuliang 792104.The network disappears for many hours, and if it shows in our phones, it is not capable of receiving even an OTP in critical need. No one is so far found to whom this problem could be conveyed. Pl help.
