    @NalinisKitchen Tell those guys (bsnl) to first prove they can provide proper 4G service. They haven't been able to manage even basic services for ages, yet they go around acting like heroes. PSU ki nam pe kalank hai.

    Sir have been facing incoming and outgoing call issues for the past 8 months. I visited the BSNL office several times, and the staff advised me to replace my SIM, but even after getting a new SIM, the same problem continues. I have also contacted customer care @BSNLCorporate

    @jio_fiber Pathetic service SR00003AD4MX - multiple complaints last 10 days - no resolution - service technicians Akash Sapate and Akshay Lokhande rude, uncooperative and aggressive says Jio gives 15k salary. Went and installed BSNL - phenomenonal service - Never will take Jio

    @BSNL_KL I am from Jharkhand and want to participate in your Vanity Number e-Auction in another state. Can an outstation customer activate the winning SIM using Aadhaar from another state, or is a local address mandatory? Please clarify the outstation activation guidelines. #BSNL

    Dear @JioCare, my JioFiber broadband was down from last evening. When I called at 8 PM, I was told customer support doesn’t operate beyond 8 PM. In today’s world, internet is an essential service—support should be available 24×7. Yes, the fault was finally fixed after 10 AM today, but by then the two FIFA World Cup quarterfinals at 2:30 AM and 6:30 AM were long over. A delayed repair is of little value when the event you needed the service for has already passed. Seriously considering porting to Airtel Fibre or BSNL Fibre. They may have outages too, but at least they don’t claim to offer the best customer service while leaving customers without support overnight.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL I try my best to stay with you but a good clapping can't be done by a single hand your tower in Gotan 342902 was unable to give signal from 3 to 8 pm, it's horrible either improve or sorry I have to leave, please understand my situation also phone wo net

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Frequent BSNL broadband outages in Kotagiri, Nilgiris are causing serious inconvenience. Every 2–3 days, the internet goes down for 6–7 hours. Please deploy more field staff and improve fault response time. #BSNL #Kotagiri #Nilgiris

    @bsnl_care In 2026, a mobile recharge can be "successful," payment can be deducted, and yet the customer is told to wait 7 working days to use their phone. That's quite an innovation, @BSNLCorporate. @BSNL_MH #BSNL
