Activation may take up to 24 hours after successful request processing. VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on device compatibility, software version, and network provisioning. You may enable it from your handset settings by turning on Wi-Fi Calling / VoWiFi under network settings while connected to a Wi-Fi network. Regarding the BSNL Self Care app, you may be experiencing a temporary technical issue. We request you to try again after some time. If the issue persists, please contact us for further assistance.     @BoseArko @piyush_trades Supporting the sabotage of a profit making, thriving enterprise for the benefit of private players and claiming it's elimination from competition will "bring prices down" is asinine and illogical. Feels more like a cultish opposition to public/State owned enterprise. If it was really about "free markets" you'd expect private entities to compete and beat bsnl based on the true "merits" of privately owned enterprise y'all keep harping about. This sounds weirdly as dogmatic as communism, only with exact opposite ******** ideas. "Shutdown a wiflully sabotaged player so cronies can benefit and it will also make everything cheaper" - huh?

    @Airtel network here in Chennai has became ****! Literally Jio, VI and BSNL is doing better! What the heck is wrong with airtel? Even we pay money! And that, the discrimination you do inspite of that isn't good.

    @bsnl_care Please confirm clearly: Is this a fault on BSNL's side or not? My calls, SMS, and mobile internet stopped working suddenly. I need an immediate explanation and resolution. If any loss occurs due to this prolonged outage, BSNL will be responsible.

    Absolutely frustrated! Worst BSNL service ever. My SIM is ported, but there's still No Service. Customer care doesn't answer, and the BSNL staff who processed my port is also ignoring my calls. Completely unacceptable. Fix this immediately! @BSNLCorporate #BSNL #NoService
