@CMDBSNL 1st time they (BSNL, Tezpur) said problems in modem but a system engineer resolved the problem from BSNL Side. After 2 months same problem happened but till today no response from BSNL. 2 times I applied for BSNL Fiber connection but no response. Sir,do the needful.

@CMDBSNL I am Ankur from Nemcare Hospital Tezpur (Dist: Sonitpur, Assam, Pin :784001). We have BSNL PRI. We are paying our bill till today but last one year our incoming/outgoing are not working. Sir, I request you Kindly solve this matter as soon as possible and do the needful.

@BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate If there is a power cut, the BSNL network in sattur pincode 626203 (including BSNL Sim Card and Broadband internet services) is not working. Kindly, take necessary steps to provide uninterrupted BSNL services during power cuts

The customer care is just registering complaints for 2 days and asking me to wait for 24hrs everytime for 2days and doing nothing. So, it's customer duty to pay and then track complaints as well, while local service doesn't care at all.The worst customer service ever #BSNL (2/3)

@BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia @BJP4India My internet with FTTH no. 01594-298045 is very unstable. I raised complaint many times but no resolution. BSNL service is the worst. Govt should stop wasting taxpayers' money on BSNL.
