Vi has superior service due to less congestion, but I don't get the fact that they could have simply reduced 30-40 Rupees and make the existing plans more affordable to attract customers. I had bsnl before and I thought bsnl was the problem being govt entity. But I was wrong, in Dehradun Airtel fails more than bsnl in broadband segment
