@AmazonHelp I have contacted the BSNL customer care with operator reference no. But they told me no recharged is done on this date & directly denied any kind of help & suggest me to contact where the recharge is done.

@BSNLCorporate Sir thanks for your quick response and support. Finally I can't used the 4g network. And we have to think about for switch in to other operator service. As we need of high speed data internet which is not possible in BSNL service because BSNL is running 10 year back than market.

I am using bsnl fiber , and there is no internet from morning ,i was trying to talk with customer care of @BSNLCorporate and finally i was able to connect with customer care and she ask `SIR KYA APP MERI AWAAJ SUN PA REHE HAI' and than she hang out call.
