    @BSNLCorporate what kind of Service to public ? Nothing is done yet By your department . Is DT ,Xen , Sdo’s , JE are just for Getting Salary from public tax money who’s Responsibility To fix ? Due to Negligence of Above officers, BSNL’s , Graph is going down day by day.

    @BSNL_KTK I am a BSNL customer from Karnataka. As per my experience BSNL is the WORST service provider in the country. I do not have words to describe the worst experience. Thank you.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD my dad lost his BSNL sim while travelling. Now he has to submit his life certificate which is registered with this sim by this week. Please help urgently by providing sim with same number.

    @567Shankar @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia Very true, today also Train from Mumbai to Nagpur is late by 1 hrs 10 min. This man has gone crazy. There is no body to listen to our problems. There is no connectivity of BSNL in delhi after so many complaints, problem as it is and they want to revive BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate FiberNet is Completely out of order since last 20 days. Vendor is abusing. Even His mobile no is switched off. BSNL SDO is helpless. Registered complaint 3 days ago on your portal. But your bill comes on time. Is this your service?@PMOIndia @BSNL_BIHAR

    @BSNLCorporate so, my question is why are you having such customer support if they are not able to resolve the problems of customers.finally i understand that my belief were wrong and understood that Bsnl have nit changed and will not change until the services is shutdown.

    @BSNLCorporate We are FTTH user, we have modem rental plan for 200 Mbps. Since start of service we are offered only 100 Mbps speed. Why so ? 0240-2984277. When contacted to BSNL team they say, you have buy new modem on your own cost of Rs 5000/- and then speed can be achieved!

    @BSNLCorporate But bsnl broadband is providing service next to my door. Have your executive visited my location
