    @BSNLCorporate Broadband service is completely out of order since 24rd MAY 2021 complaint no. 1053759288. No action is taken yet. Please do the needful as BSNL is only broadband service provider at this location.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL Yesterday, I tweeted my complaint with the phone number, immediately a person called on the same number said he is from BSNL and asked me about my complaint related to the recharge. That person called me from NON- BSNL number. That person said he’ll sort out the issue.

    @rsprasad @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate bsnl was slow in implementing 3g and it is not even in the race of 4G! why not bsnl is leapfrogging to 5G? why we r wasting time, money and efforts on 4G, which will be outdated in 5years? #quethatmatters 1

    I had recharged 50rs of balance in bsnl sim but didn't get any balance , my money got deducted form my bank account. Bsnl customer care don't care about our money they don't even responding. What to do, where do I complain about this . @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate 🙏 please respond.

    @gita06088 Sir /madam Beware of such fraudulent messages/calls .Bsnl never asks such details to any random no.s or any link .Don’t ever share personal details with callers from unknown /suspicious no.s .In case of any doubt call 18001801503/1503 or visit nearby csc .Thank you

    @JioCare @reliancejio jio network is worst network I have ever used. Very bad experience with you. Even BSNL 2G is better than JIO 4G.

    Worst internet service i was suffered from 2years from this. Common BSNL you have to get first position in internet service but day by day your service getting worst,i am opening google and its takes apprx 15 second.Address-Tanda Ambedmar nagar,U.P-224190 waaah..@BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Hello, purchased a BSNL pre paid SIM today. Used voters ID & Aadhaar to apply. Application BD- 64225706. But during tele verification customer care tells me that the owner name is NOT matching although all other details (like address etc) r matching. Please address this issue

    @bsnlportal Don't understand why Government wasting public money on BSNL. They are good for nothing. From three days there are no network in my aera. Can anyone believe.I request to government that do this company private.
