As i am customer of your company you have to resolve my issue Even i also trying to rech bsnl officials. You should also raise question to bsnl operators that why bsnl user not able to call me. And if still issue not solve between JIo and BSNL then i have port other network user

@reliancejio @JioCare @Jio_Ambani It has been a week I made payment for jio fiber, almost 9 days no one came for installation and no co-ordination in work, everyone pointing others. Only I can see speed in pamphlet. When its come to process, its worst than BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate ported from JIO to BSNL and took 1 year plan 1999 rs. Only incoming call services got activated outgoing services are not working. Neither I could call customer care.

Hello @BSNLCorporate , I am an upsc aspirants. I am studying online with the BSNL broadband services, your providers told me about tge 499 pack with gst it is 600,now they told me your 499 pack was off and I have to pay 599 as a higher pack. It is against of words. Thanks. Help

@rsprasad I think BSNL should now bring 5g not 4g directly, people will like more and pay more attention to network sector.
