As i am customer of your company you have to resolve my issue Even i also trying to rech bsnl officials. You should also raise question to bsnl operators that why bsnl user not able to call me. And if still issue not solve between JIo and BSNL then i have port other network user

@TanaysinghT I paid a whopping ₹6000 for modem and installation to the local cable operator who is outsourced by BSNL. Apparently no other service provider is available in my hometown and I had to pay that amount. I doubt many would pay that kind of amount for getting a fibre connection.

@BSNL_BR Hon'ble madam/sir Myself from Muzaffarpur,Bihar. Since Last 2 days my BSNL internet speed is too slow. Multiple times Customer care says that"server problem, call later"problem still persists.Pls take necessary steps. I am a student, low internet speed hampers studies

@TelecomTalk First let them provide some indoor coverage or Vowifi. Then we will wait and see. Worst network. No services in most of the villages in Tamil Nadu. Best coverage 1st BSNL, 2nd Jio , 3rd Airtel. #vi don’t have good network.

@BSNLCorporate Birpur in Supaul in Bihar @BSNL_BR Please look into the condition of BSNL Exchange in Birpur. Majority of time there is no network in Birpur.
