    @bsnl_care Thank you for registering the complaint. However, no BSNL staff has contacted me yet regarding this issue. The complaint due time mentioned on the BSNL portal is today at 1:44 PM, but the issue is still unresolved. Kindly look into this urgently and arrange a technician visit.

    @BSNLCorporate Please improve network issue.. just now i reached another BSNL..no network at all right from morning.. this issue is continuing for more than a week..no solution in spite of repeated escalation through complaint

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I have been trying to get a new bsnl connection in Mumbai for more than a week. Applied online then called customer service who asked to apply via WhatsApp. Did that too, but nothing happening. Things haven’t changed much unfortunately inspite of your efforts.

    No signal, poor connectivity, and even after tweeting, there has been no response from the team. I’ve finally decided to port out. Looking at Airtel, Jio, or BSNL now. Customers deserve better service and support. #VodafoneIdea #PoorNetwork #PortOut @JioCare @Airtel_Presence
