@karanvasudeva The main problem also is that I haven't had broadband for more than a month. One of the bsnl guys told me to reset my modem, which I did via ethernet cable.

@sridala Oh man. I once had to visit our local BSNL exchange and plug my modem in there directly to check why it wasn't connecting (because they claimed it was incompatible; it wasn't, their connections were bad).

@BSNLCorporate I am trying to get BSNL fiber at 396418 pin code location since 1 month. Your representative Mr Manish Mistry is one of the worst service provider I have encountered. He is continuously delaying connection and the guy is very arrogant, rude and disrespectful!

@PMOIndia @DoT_India Why BSNL office in one state cant issue a replacement sim to other state number? My current sim is not working,@bsnl_ap_circle office refused to replace it, as it's a Jharkhand sim. HOW CAN THIS COMPANY SURVIVE, Shutdown #BSNL, its a waste of public resources
