    @BSNLCorporate Thanks for looking into my issue. I contacted a person from BSNL, and he shared a technician number. I called the technician, and he connected my laptop with AnyConnect and updated some settings in my router. I hope the issue will resolve soon. Appreciate your swift response.

    @BSNLCorporate @7WingWizard BSNL is not able to retain the present users because of poor service , government of India should stop investing on BSNL hand over BSNL to private telecom sector for better future of BSNL

    @ANI It’s too late 4G for BSNL when Airtel, Jio is already testing 5G. It’s like killing directly Govt owned BSNL by Govt. Why BSNL can’t get 5G at same time with other provider. BSNL service also not great 1 complain can’t take weeks to get resolved. Fix basic problems first

    @BSNL_UPW @BSNLCorporate @dm_shamli my whole village all bsnl fiber connections have a uploading issue from 5 -6 days please fixed it soon. I were infom you by tweet regular for 3 days many times. but my uploading problem not solve yet. Address Babri 251305 District shamli

    @ANI Sir, inside home we dont get 3g network of bsnl,how can we expect 4g.we get network atleast 500m away from home .

    @BSNL_UPW BSNL fiber broadband not working since 1 month. Local service provider not taking any action after multiple complaints. Location: Sadabad, Uttar Pradesh

    @BSNL_BR I will visit for sure. But alas that your team is not able to increase the range of @BSNL_BR . 100 meters ahead of my house, Bsnl network works. But near my house and in front of it even a line of network does not show in mobile.

    @senseijohnny12 @IndiaUnleashed_ and the world is moving on to 5G. @BSNLCorporate you s thebworst network of the country. They should be hived off. Lazy employees, corruption,loss of customers due to 3rd rate service, inaccesible service points, insufficient coverage, poor audio quality, slow speed plagues BSNL!

    @RageshQld @ANI I am not against encouraging home grown talent. It's just that the government has been extremely lax by not promoting bsnl and instead focusing on certain other private players. I am a bsnl customer and I hope it catches up with the competition very soon.

    @BSNLCorporate I have sent the details, please look into this, immediately! This is really a problematic phenomenal of bsnl! Many people switch to other network due to this issue!
