@BSNLCorporate My #BSNL #Broadband & #Landline is not working. In every 2-3 days it completely stops working. The BSNL Exchange Office remains closed most of the time. On complaining your technician gives excuses of no ladder available. Neither JTO nor the technician is sincere.

@BSNL_OR @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir you might need to look at the BSNL issue resolve system. Raised multiple tickets for same issue, but it gets closed without my knowledge with in few hours & issue remains the same. Hope this time i will get a response. Number 0674-2916082
