    @ANI BSNL has a lot of potential having network in rempte areas where Airtel n Jio aren't even available. But sadly, Govt. has no plan to revive it.

    @BSNLMH_Nagpur Using BSNL broadband facility from past 15yrs. But experiencing BSNL net links failure now on regular basis. Fed up of dialing 198 and making complaint every alternate day. Tried changing splitter, modem but of no recourse. Surrendering landline now.

    BSNL, BSNL employees ... tough nut to crack. This is why almost all PSUs, PSBs are majorly inefficient and will remain so... Because they don't know what is customer service, customer care, SLAs.... Privitization is way forward... Sooner or later it will happen.

    @ConsumerFor @forum_consumer @BSNLCorporate respected Sir/Madam, I have been facing issue with BSNL fibre internet connectivity. I have complained, tweeted many times but no success. This is impacted on my appraisal this year due to delivery issue. Kindly advise

    @zionvarghese @ndtv same here. upgrade sim with 4G with 150 Rupees. Not BSNL not able to provide 2G in my area. I did not get even OTP. Go to the terrace and wait for network and OTP.
