While generating a UPC getting msg as "UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for the change of ownership for this number" Customer care ask 2 go HO which is 75 KM away.very poor srvce

If bsnl don't have a wide network service then who is responsible for it ? For your kind information criticism is integral part of democracy. However, the primary concerns were BSNL and roads. We also discussed matters related to roads that are currently under construction. I also raised the issue of officials who were absent from the meeting. I have repeatedly said that officials must attend these meetings, but the same problem arises every time, and some of them do not turn up..."
