    @BSNL_BR Your SDO & TDM are of no use and I think these designations are burden for BSNL. Your fiber vendors are playing key role and because of them BSNL is surving now a days It shall be better to hand over upper technical responsibilities to vendors which shall also cut down expenses

    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia From last 48 hours,bsnl ftth service in completely down in Gonda. Everyday there is some or other problem. This is cheating the customer where you take the full amount in bill and barely provide a reliable service There is no one to take accountability

    @d_arputharaj @BUSHINDIA As long as we have useless syndicate employees, Bsnl will not grow, I have bsnl broadband in my home(village near Dharapuram) have raised service request for some connection issues, nobody responded, that is their work model,4g even 10g wont help, sucks bsnl because of employees

    @BSNL_KTK my landline stopped working a week back. Cont calls to every number available on the website n issue has still not been resolved. Why shld I pay the minimum rental for a non working phone?@AshwiniVaishnaw are we closing bsnl?
