    @BSNL_BR Your SDO & TDM are of no use and I think these designations are burden for BSNL. Your fiber vendors are playing key role and because of them BSNL is surving now a days It shall be better to hand over upper technical responsibilities to vendors which shall also cut down expenses

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Bsnl broadband was very nice before merging with kerala vision and asianet. Now everyday having issues and noone is coming to solve the issue even after giving regular complaints.

    @JM_Scindia Shri Scandia, I am one of those customers of BSNL fed up of the services offered by BSNL. Registered a NO INTERNET complaint, on 080 23241920. Complaint was promptly closed without even rectifying. Earlier too I have raised this issue on CPGRAMS. No response.

    This delay is really frustrating. Request BSNL to update the directory and fix the issue at the earliest so customers can access essential banking services. @BSNLCorporate

    @InvestorOfJAMMU @grok Sometimes we look at BSNL from an urban lens and miss out a very crucial area - rural India There are so many parts in rural India where BSNL is the only option for people (landline/mobile/broadband) everything There is one way to make the whole thing less cash haemorrhaging As far as urban areas are concerned, BSNL should stick to B2B segment. All government and PSU offices to use BSNL only. (Of course service has to be very good) Try some good private office segments also. The whole purpose of currently keeping BSNL alive is for rural India. There is absolutely no sense in using BSNL for B2C segment in urban India - it cannot compete with Jio and Airtel. So better to drop that segment and let go of staff also for that segment

    Though I bought BSNL sim in west bengal circle some years back, there is no 3G,4G network even bin Kolkata,let 5G be a dream. Why is the situation despite the centre pushing for BSNL net upgrade 😡

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 The customer will be left stranded once the new BSNL SIM fails to provide a network. Forget about 4G or 5G—even 2G will barely work.

    @bsnl_care Hello BSNL care team BSNL should appoint permanent lineman technical support team to check OFC line in SKTT road lahoul Pangi district Chamba Himachal Pradesh. So permanent lineman team restore 4G service in Pangi valley soon.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!
