    @BSNL_BR Your SDO & TDM are of no use and I think these designations are burden for BSNL. Your fiber vendors are playing key role and because of them BSNL is surving now a days It shall be better to hand over upper technical responsibilities to vendors which shall also cut down expenses

    @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlkerala Today morning what I found that BSNL fiber connection is cut and red coloured on the box. Having being calling many time to your support number and executives none is attending the phone.

    @BSNLCorporate I have got a new broadband and landline connection before 3 months. after one week its getting disconnected every 15 mins gap. How to solve this issue? i have raised a complaint on bsnl selfcare but they closed after 25 days without fixing. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI Hello bsnl team I'm customer of bsnl(up West) for a very long time of period even before you joined Twitter. But from last 4 days i faced no network issue and your provided customer care number is totally useless. It can only connect online for hours.

    I called the customer care number to check. executive took details, put on hold, vanished. and then the call dropped. BSNL needs to improve customer care if they wish not to be taken over by the private players.

    @BSNL_RJ i live in bharatapur (raj),i have a bsnl mobile prepaid connection and my internet usage is very high,i have subscribed 5gb/day plan,but from last 2 days the internet is not working ,sometimes it works and other time it completely bogs down,please look into the matter.
