    @BSNL_BR Your SDO & TDM are of no use and I think these designations are burden for BSNL. Your fiber vendors are playing key role and because of them BSNL is surving now a days It shall be better to hand over upper technical responsibilities to vendors which shall also cut down expenses

    @UniversePow3 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You are wasting your time here...if it's a village,never expect #airtel to add a site there,even if the nearest airtel site is congested. Vodafone Idea & #BSNL are adding many new sites in #Kerala,you can bring their attention to your village via appellate authorities.

    Hey @BSNLCorporate, I came to my hometown this week and due to poor internet, I tried multiple broadband services. BSNL AirFiber was my last hope, but even worse—just got a booking ref (EB20250600003646_240681) and no update since. Had to take forced leave due to no internet.

    @Ravisutanjani Lots of improvement required in BSNL. Network 🛜 not available most of the time even in Metro city and net speed also need to improve.

    Pathetic service from @reliancejio fiber. Internet is down for 20 days now and nobody is taking care of it. Instead I should have gone for @airtelindia fiber or BSNL. They have far better service. @JioCare

    @Ravisutanjani I ported(2nd sim) into Bsnl few days back. now waiting for completion of 90 days. very poor network. need much more improvement.
