Your fiber vendors are playing key role and because of them BSNL is surving now a days It shall be better to hand over upper technical responsibilities to vendors which shall also cut down expenses

Despite filing 20+ complaints on CPGRAMS, there's zero resolution and the service is terrible. Stop doing paid promotions and check the negative comments on BSNL page!

There is barely any proper network inside the area, making calls and mobile data difficult to use.please improve BSNL network coverage.
