@BSNL_BR Your SDO & TDM are of no use and I think these designations are burden for BSNL. Your fiber vendors are playing key role and because of them BSNL is surving now a days It shall be better to hand over upper technical responsibilities to vendors which shall also cut down expenses

@MANASRA53931409 Staff service matters. And it defines company. And Bank and BSNL is not same. If you want difference just analyse the work of any BSNL office. I have experienced it so many times. All time i got only their worst service only.

Being an old customer I have to pay 7% interest at EBLR home loan and it is 6.7% for now customer. When I ask for the same they simply deny for no reason. Why this discrimination? Don't take customer for granted like AirIndia n BSNL @TheOfficialSBI @PMOIndia @RBI

@BSNLCare BSNL Internet is not Working For 6 DAYS. I Contact Many Times FOR BSNL Customer Care but NO ANY RESPONSE BY BSNL CUSTOMER CARE. BSNL internet service is always bad for 10 days in a month. PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY. My BSNL no is 7050499656.
