Your fiber vendors are playing key role and because of them BSNL is surving now a days It shall be better to hand over upper technical responsibilities to vendors which shall also cut down expenses

I went to Lucknow BSNL center and they told me it is blocked from Allahabad and they are unable to help. I am paying for services i can't even use. Is this fair?

I raised the issue of not receiving BSNL signals in mumbai, whereas you have advertised it being Available. How relevant is the remark !... Shame ... Also not getting VoWifi, upon that unable to gen port code.
