    @BSNL_BR Your SDO & TDM are of no use and I think these designations are burden for BSNL. Your fiber vendors are playing key role and because of them BSNL is surving now a days It shall be better to hand over upper technical responsibilities to vendors which shall also cut down expenses

    @BSNLCorporate I’ve visited multiple BSNL offices to get the ₹1 SIM, but staff keep saying “out of stock” or “offer not available,” even after customer care confirmed it. Can you confirm if I can get the ₹1 SIM in Jayanagar 4th Block?

    @InvestorOfJAMMU BSNL net losses (in ₹ crore, per official parliamentary data & reports): - FY 2022-23: Loss 8,161 - FY 2023-24: Loss 5,371 - FY 2024-25: Loss 2,247 (first back-to-back quarterly profits in Q3/Q4) FY 2025-26: Full results not released yet (FY ended Mar 31, 2026).     @bsnl_tt Without proper network availablity, what's the use of such offers and publicity? Being in Hyderabad also your network is very very poor. Regretting on my decision to convert into BSNL. Looking forward to complete the TRAI minimum stay time. Once done, I will run back for 5g again

    @BSNLCorporate Made a mistake of taking #BSNL connection. It doesn't connect to 4G, but connects to 2G/3G. Also calls getting disconnected. The officials at @BSNL_TN don't monitor the signal & bother abt such issues. @CMDBSNL - You should feel ahamed for this pathetic service.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Could you please clarify the activation process for eSIM? Additionally, as per information from BSNL offices, it appears that eSIM is currently being issued only for new connections and not for existing numbers. Kindly confirm whether existing users can convert their physical SIM to eSIM, or if the service is limited to new SIM activations only. Looking forward to your clarification.
