    @BSNL_BR Your SDO & TDM are of no use and I think these designations are burden for BSNL. Your fiber vendors are playing key role and because of them BSNL is surving now a days It shall be better to hand over upper technical responsibilities to vendors which shall also cut down expenses

    @CRED_club Worst service for ever, no proper customer service even after mailing to grievance no response. I got payment issues of my recent transactions (Today dated 5TH OCT 2022) payment to Biller: BSNL landline bill of about rs11,314. 2 times money deducted but no response.

    @BSNLCorporate last time i tweeted, bsnl did respond but i think the work they did was incomplete. I am experiencin Los red light (loss of signal) since september 30th. Today is 5th of october and non of the officials gave a proper response. What shall i do?

    @BSNLCorporate Again after one weak broadband internet landline is out of order and yet to resolve after repeated complaint through help line no 1800 345 1500. I request BSNL authority if they are not able to service properly they should take back their connection immediately no- 0671 2970342.
