Sir, this is the way BSNL Dehradun is functioning. Since they have to resolve the customer complaint within a specified time, this is the way they are hoodwinking the system. Request for your intervention please. Sure enough you will do something positive.

Mr. Parvez Rahman ensured that if problem recurs, I can inform him. Unfortunately, I could never reach out to him at at 033 2550 1200. He also told me, he would arrange fibre optic network, unfortunately that was also not done. So nice of BSNL! It is faulty once again due to rain

And they say they are bringing 5G when they cannot manage 3G or 4G. TRAI is another nincompoop agency and hands in glove with these telecom operators fleecing poor consumers. have a BSNL connection also and that is the best of all till now.@airtelindia
