    Hi, @BSNLCorporate why your service is so pathetic? I have applied for a new connection of BSNL Fiber on 5th May 202. 7 days passed still there is no response from your side. The service request is showing 'Lead not yet created'. Coustomer care also not responding.

    @CMDBSNL @PMO @TRAI No body in ambala exchange is picking up the call. its not wven lunch time. And they are not receiving calls. Take it as a formal complaint agains the incharge in BSNL ambala. You treat your customers like this?? Isiliye aaj bikne ki kagaar pe aa gya BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Waiting since 21st April for resolution. Sent almost 8 reminders, and no relief yet. And you think people should use BSNL, while your pathetic customer support is doing nothing.

    I am not able to submit my complaint as my telephone is not working from the day it is installed ( from last 5month). Which type of service BSNL is trying to provide. I paid 5000 just for installation

    Service support worst. Request கொடுத்தா வேணுமான்னு கேட்கக்கூட போன் பண்ண மாட்டாங்க. But price is very less with modem free and first month free trial உண்டு. 3. BSNL - cost கம்மி, speed is good. Service support - you know about govt. Service.

    Even after paying money for telephone is has not been started from last 4 month so I am not able to put complaint at all. I don't know which type of service BSNL is providing
