    Bhai, Govt ne BSNL ke revival ke liye multiple packages diye hain. Total ~₹3.23 lakh crore (2019 se ab tak), incl 2022 ka ₹1.64L Cr aur 2023 ka ₹89k Cr. 2025-26 budget: ₹33,758 Cr allocated for tech upgrade & restructuring. Utilization (till FY24-25 end): ~₹72,028 Cr out of ₹82,916 Cr, mostly on 4G/5G rollout, spectrum, debt relief. Details: Spectrum allotment (~₹45k Cr), network expansion, VRS for employees. Abhi July 2025 tak FY25-26 ka initial use low hai, ongoing hai. Source: Union Budget & PIB.
