    @BIGGB3 @LavaMobile I am using BSNL sim in LAVA Agni 4, for me it's good. No issues. Check the settings if you have done anything.

    @nareshmeenasma1 Dear Customer, Currently, eSIM activation requires visiting the nearest BSNL Customer Service Center (CSC) for verification and processing.     @polplotting man it's so bad these days i bought a bsnl sim earlier this year for some stuff and it's signal is so bad, most places it can barely get a 2g connection going

    @BSNLCorporate @pib_comm my bsnl number ending with 2574 is discontinued since yesterday which I was using since last 10 years. No resolution provided by the concerned team.Pathetic service.

    Ported from BSNL to Airtel. Port successful, but retailer took my money and didn't do the FRC. Now he is ignoring calls. Email support rejected my query, and the Thanks app is crashing. Need urgent help. @Airtel_Presence

    BSNL sim services are not available for Non 4g sims in Karol Bagh, Jhandewalan, Patel Nagar areas of Delhi from midnight of 6th August. What is the issue ? When will it be rectified ? @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia @CMDBSNL

As per JTO Bidupur, the previous concern was addressed through the earlier complaint response, and you were advised to clear the pending dues related to the previous connection. Further, as per MSO Adarsh Enterprises, earlier FTTH connections availed in the names of family members were disconnected due to non-payment.
