@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ My BSNL broadband has been down for the last 6 days. Despite multiple complaints, the issue is still unresolved. However, billing is still being generated, which is unfair.Kindly resolve the issue immediately and adjust the bill for downtime.

@BSNL_UPEast Online agent service at the doorstep should be provided. Bsnl needs to work a little more with diverse calling and data packs. We won't need jio and airtel then. Done

@BSNLCorporate using bsnl for over 15 years. But for two days "not registered on network " is haunting. No mobile connectivity. No mobile Internet here at Mumbai. Please suggest. Should I migrate?
