@BSNLCorporate I am getting voice disturbance in the evening 5pm to 10pm every day.I ported in Bsnl one month ago from then I was facing the issue. Will you plz solve the problem otherwise I have to port out after 90 days.

I can't get call waiting notification from third party during call. I have lodged complaint many times. Calling bsnl customer care is not cup a tea. IVR response for an hour but nobody pick the call. Poor service @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD

@BSNLCorporate Very poor from you. You can people are receiving costomer's call. If gave option of recalling from bsnl, then you don't do this too. I have recharged with internet+calling pack. But I'm not getting internet facility. Hope you have little bit shame.

@10digiapp ordered bsnl sim from your website but no network is there, also there is no solution on your customer care i called many times. After FRC, still unable to make any call as getting message that this facility is not available for you.

@ishkarnBHANDARI sir what is going on these telecom operators are barring us from porting by hiking the price of sms packs upto 200 No small recharge for sms I had port my 1 no to bsnl want to leave jio also is it not a crime to restrain a customer from doing so

We got the toll free number but when we call on that number, guard picks up the call and told us to call on Monday.i am a guard can't help you. no other official are responding in our issue. Because of some official personnel bsnl and there Customers are suffering Look this issue

Tried calling BSNL District Office for last 3 weeks, 02964233198 (provided by customer service) | no success in getting in touch with anyone. Plan Downgrade, Bundled OTT subscription activation requires visiting to local BSNL office (50 KM from my residence).
