neeraj khatri (@khatri_nk) reported from Kotdwāra, UttarakhandI can't get call waiting notification from third party during call. I have lodged complaint many times. Calling bsnl customer care is not cup a tea. IVR response for an hour but nobody pick the call. Poor service @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD
