@BSNLCorporate I am getting voice disturbance in the evening 5pm to 10pm every day.I ported in Bsnl one month ago from then I was facing the issue. Will you plz solve the problem otherwise I have to port out after 90 days.

I can't get call waiting notification from third party during call. I have lodged complaint many times. Calling bsnl customer care is not cup a tea. IVR response for an hour but nobody pick the call. Poor service @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD

@BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @CMDBSNL I had not yet received Security refund of my LL No. 01992-277471. Document No. 1900140472 is yet to be cleared from BSNL Circle office Jammu Bahu Plaza. I had Contacted circle Accounts officer also but still yet no resolution. Awaiting for my refund of security.

@BSNLCorporate Who is the concerned account officer? That is what I am asking. Pls share a contact from Bsnl Bangalore who will respond and do the needful. Pls understand general statement like "find someone and contact" will not solve the issue. This just looks like delaying resolution at best

@DoT_India BSNL MOBILE, West Bengal Telecom Circle, all over town in Bardhaman faced that problem about 3-4 hours on Sunday. I also twited on BSNL WBTC page but no reply from them.

@LICIndiaForever Please try to be more efficient, comparable to private insurance companies. Otherwise your fortune will be like BSNL. The person at door of 92J -Boisar branch asked to go saying no Internet. Then he put the notice "Branch not working due to technical issue"
