    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @nareshmeenasma1 Dear Customer, Currently, eSIM activation requires visiting the nearest BSNL Customer Service Center (CSC) for verification and processing.     @bsnl_care Your team is always working hard since a year to resolve my issue by closing the docket or complaint simply mentioning issue resolved. The recharge done for a year Is like a donation to bsnl and not for service. Check the outgoing data since 05-08-2025 & then reply.
