    Since last two years Iam using Jio network.but now its time to port. Since two year they are saying that Jio is planning site in my location but still it is not planned. In my location even BSNL 3G is faster then Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio no network coverage of jio fro from 6 hrs it always happens whenever rain starts very poor network coverage thanks to bsnl

    @bsnlindia @BSNL_HR my landline and broadband has been non functional for over two months, not been able to lodge a complaint online due to some error. Follow up with local rural exchange has borne no result. But BSNL wants me to keep paying the bills.

    @TelecomTalk I use both bsnl and jio sims. If bsnl has network issue then it don't show mobile network, but in jio inspite of full network no calling and internet service this is fake or not.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL if you are charging for 60mbps or 100 mbps plan and the speed which you are providing not even 3 mbps. This is very frequent issues I am facing. Kindly do provide service and speed which you should as per plan. Quite frustrating as a customer #Broadband

    @BSNLCorporate Sir I use the service of BSNL. Is that a crime? And if there is no crime then why phone draw and 4G service is not getting adequately despite having towers in remote area.?

    @BSNLCorporate For next couple of days I didn't get any solution from exchange, JTO or vendor. I can say there was no help from any concerned team. As per vendor, he didn't get support from BSNL. So, pls look into this matter and take some action so this type of issues should be resolved ASAP.
