    @BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!

    @BSNLCorporate The signal of BSNL is nowhere in the Mumbai. Is it in the knowledge of the Borad. It is very painful to say that people landing in Mumbai with BSNL connection can't communicate. Pl try to sign MoU with other Operator so that people are not punished for BSNL sim.

    @BSNL_MH Ported from MTNL Mumbai to BSNL 4G on 6th April. From yesterday, network connects to Vi 4G OR Dishnet 4G but not showing VOLTE symbol. No calls, no SMS. How to resolve?
