    @BSNL_CHTD Today is day 8. BSNL Landline and internet NOT working. My complaints not responded. STD code 044 Telepnone no: 22651766. Is there some one hearing ? Should I do any thing more? Will be left with no option but to surrender the line and go private, if not resolved.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate Respected Sir, Bsnl is still having lots of issue in our area, fiber breakdown, sim signal outage is so common even we are the industrial hub in C.G korba, every 2-3 days outage for 30 min to 1 hr is there. How 4G and 5G is work if fiber breakdown issue is there New line required

    @sdecscasm Facing issue with this BSNL because when I am inside the house my speed slows down to 'E'.I have complained many times they resolve it but same issue happens after few days repeatedly.I will be thankful if u kindly accept my request and look at the issue. Nagaon

    @BSNLCorporate Please improve the service ASAP. From tanatan dhaba to siddharth enclave whole internet service is collapse. I have only bsnl sim for me and my home. If problem not solve I would change my operator. Please do the needful.

    @BSNL_AS Dear BSNL Broadband Fiber team it's been more than 2 days your fiber internet is not working in Badarpur, Dist Karimganj & the issue is still not resolved. There are CC team literally who can answer your queries. Is this how you are going to survive? Ac no: 3008242372

    Unfortunately with this level of problem resolution my fear is this esteemed organization is going the BSNL/MTNL way.

    @JioCare There is no update yet, it's another BSNL. Please update me when would I get the services restored or pls cancel the connection and refund my amount. Haven't seen such a pathetic service that doesn't care a bit about customer. Except responding on twitter, nothing else is there.
