    @srivatsayb @VyangyaPuraan BSNL service is worst since inception Contract will be awarded to those who deserved that. Being a government company doesn't a qualification to get government contracts.

    @BSNLCorporate There is a serious net problem with bsnl ....our bankers pay rechargeable top-up amounts, our accounts are debited but payment confirmations are not received from bsnl.... very long 48 hours delayed for refund of payments unresponded by bsnl.

At their peak around 2007-10 BSNL was supposed to be highest valued company but 10 years later taxpayers are funding it. So, quick decision making in divesting or selling is must

    @anupammishra91 @kktotlani If BSNL was of any use, it would have given some competition to private operators. What will actually happen is a duopoly btwn Jio and Bharti and bad days for consumers. Bye bye to affordable calling

    @VVvithlani75 I believe there are not many towers in rural areas because of which this network issue is pertaining since years. And yet no proper attention is paid to it. Only if you have a BSNL sim, you’ll be able to get through the situation.

    @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate sub no 1005636431 Landline was not working from mid February to 9 April due to issue from bsnl end. Still bill was generated. Please look into it as my parents are senior citizens 78 yrs old. Due lockdown cannot go to bsnl office. HELP

    @BSNL_JK I have a bank WiFi connection . Number is 1912923134. The plan is 5 Mbps but I barely get 100 kbps. I have complained several times , it works for a day or two and the issue comes up again. I was on call for BSNL support for 2 hours without getting connected to any agent

    Why I am not getting bsnl network in Mumbai? Whenever I checked the data speed, download and upload speed is BIG ZERO. Shall we stop using bsnl services? What is the intention of the Government of India?

    These @Airtel_Presence have got some tie up issues with BSNL and other MSPs. So one can't either dial those numbers and receive OTPs sent from those MSPs server. So whoever is using BSNL services to send OTPs, you won't receive on Airtel Mumbai network.

    Call 24x7 Customer Care numbers 0124-2641407 / 020-26231407 / 1860 233 1407 from MTNL / BSNL lines and Mobile / landlines of most private telecom operators in India only. All these numbers are not working @airindiain @HardeepSPuri

    @BSNLCorporate Some serious issue with Dhankawdi division Pune. Yesterday afternoon around 2pm there was a cable break. No one has come to address the same till now. No such issue reported with other operators in our area.Why only with BSNL no backup plan. Ac No 1026055825

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir now BSNL is perfect example of govt owned service provider whose mobile recharge as high as other provider JIO,VI etc. But service is worst Before at least we recharge it thinking we pay less mony n use less Now high charges for poor service Thnk U 😒

    @JioCare your service is horrible. Been trying to connect to my jio fiber wifi for some time now and can't. On chatting with your customer care they ask a load of questions and tell an expert will connect with you but that never happens. Even BSNL was better than you guys
