    @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate sub no 1005636431 Landline was not working from mid February to 9 April due to issue from bsnl end. Still bill was generated. Please look into it as my parents are senior citizens 78 yrs old. Due lockdown cannot go to bsnl office. HELP

    @BSNLCorporate There is a serious net problem with bsnl ....our bankers pay rechargeable top-up amounts, our accounts are debited but payment confirmations are not received from bsnl.... very long 48 hours delayed for refund of payments unresponded by bsnl.

    Call 24x7 Customer Care numbers 0124-2641407 / 020-26231407 / 1860 233 1407 from MTNL / BSNL lines and Mobile / landlines of most private telecom operators in India only. All these numbers are not working @airindiain @HardeepSPuri

    @BSNLCorporate worst customer care service!!! Whenever I call to customer care, they always says that their system is down, call back after some time!! @narendramodi I argue you to please privatise BSNL asap. Very much disappointed

    @VVvithlani75 I believe there are not many towers in rural areas because of which this network issue is pertaining since years. And yet no proper attention is paid to it. Only if you have a BSNL sim, you’ll be able to get through the situation.

At their peak around 2007-10 BSNL was supposed to be highest valued company but 10 years later taxpayers are funding it. So, quick decision making in divesting or selling is must

    @atmsamman @drmerajhusain @rajnathsingh The reason behind the loss of #BSNL is jio launching. The privatisation process is made hug problem in telecom sector . Lakhs of peoples get jobless, worth less . Even some companies lauge complaints in TRAI but nothing has resolved, companies get bankrupt. Business goes down .

    @BSNLCorporate saved our lifes today, I was stuck in floods here with my dad, @reliancejio died in between, no/poor signal and internet didn't work, surprisingly my BSNL sim latched to 4G and helped me call and do UPI payments and recieve help. Thank god... Always keep a 2nd sim.

    Parent's egg seller stopped coming to their area.We got to know now that he died recently. I feel terrible that I ate all omlettes made from his last eggs which my parents should've heartfully eaten.Uncle was a retired bsnl employee who got so bored that he got into selling eggs.
