BSNL mobile network is very poor here. Even OTP messages are being received after 15 minutes. In between the sessions are timed out. Needs some improvements.

Joseph (@panicker16141) reporteddid MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.

Complaint was promptly closed without even rectifying. Earlier too I have raised this issue on CPGRAMS. No response.
