Electricity is a regulated sector pvt player cannot set tarrif they wish to.

While we claim ourselves as Digital India, this area is out of reach most of the time. Requesting your kind help to resolve this issue forever.

As a well wisher of BSNL I am regularly paying the bills, although I am not able to use it. I had talked to MOS IC , his advisor A.N.Rai and TDM Mau many times, but no results.

If BSNL runs with such losses it would eventually shut down and everyone will be unemployed. So it's better to take measures now. Also they're making employees retire giving them all retirement benefits.

But what's the use of it if EVERYTIME there is "POWER CUT" in 🟥 VIRATNAGAR, JAIPUR 303102🟥 which is usually 3 to 4 hours, BSNL NETWORK shows EMERGENCY CALL ONLY. My parents still use your services so did I in the past. Not to mention another powercut same issue.

Yes your services are at low cost but at least do something like placing a new battery for starter. Now you guys have the budget for it too.
