So, most of BSNL Cutomers converted their phone to other operators. So, minimum 3G network should be immediately provided to all Cutomers #TalkToCGMBSNLMH

So one can't either dial those numbers and receive OTPs sent from those MSPs server. So whoever is using BSNL services to send OTPs, you won't receive on Airtel Mumbai network.

Manicpur exchange VASAI has failed completely because back up batteries provided during power failure its life expired. Telephones r dead.
