    Same here in Bokaro.. Both Landline Internet WiFi and Direct BSNL Mobile Internet are as Slow as Any Railway Passenger..Train.. Rather slower.. #Control at @BSNLCorporate can check up now 8.15pm Bokaro I met the SDE and Jr Engg , they assured me, let's see

    @BSNL_JKD @bsnlcorporate Visited office twice on friday, to fill the broadband form. Line man came to do connection on saturday, but till now service is not started.. Is this the service BSNL promise. Pathetic people in bokaro office.

    @nitin_gadkari sir, I want to say my thought,please treat it as a suggestion- To tackle fund problem for Roads and Transport give a "golden handshake" chance to those public whose vehicle's registration is in lapsed position and they use it. Just like the "Samadhan" of BSNL

    My landline no 06542-259145 was returned and Tele set deposited at Bokaro. BSNL Caution money refund serial no. 212178 dt.29/11/2021, It's going to be One yr but unfortunately Caution Money of >₹2000 is yet to be refunded @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, help

    @ndian_useless Thanks Problem is, Any Govt Co tends to behave like Govt. Now One year , I have patiently waited for the refund of caution Money which is approx ₹3000 or so. But the BSNL doesn't listen @BSNLCorporate BSNL Caution money refund serial no. 212178 dt.29/11/2021

    @BSNLCorporate i ported my jio number to bsnl (6394833499) today old sim network had gone i inserted new bsnl sim in phone but it was not working no networks were there please fix it bsnl!!

    Please resolve issue as soon as possible ,every time we reached officers,Govt trying to roll out 5G BSNL, but infact you are not able to provide 2G without interpation

    @JioCare @reliancejio Please can you introduce unlimited WFH data packs for your jio mobile service since limited data plans are not sufficient for WFH model. BSNL has got unlimited data pack for ₹398/- for 30 days. Only issue is the 3G network that is not as fast as 4G.

    @GoFirstairways I need urgent help, even Indian Railways & BSNL do a better job in responding customer complaints. Neither Call Centre or Social Media is responding. Disappointed with this customer service @JM_Scindia Sir, pls look into this, they are looting the customers

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir,I use bsnl 3g mobile internet due to the high cost of data packages of all other network companies for lack of money.But most of the time I don't have bsnl internet connection here.The problem has not been solved even after making many complaints on bsnl. So please take steps

    @kunalkamra88 When BSNL was at peak, it added 10K crore profit to the kitty of govt. So think, in simple sense, which is better for the govt - 100 (profit) or 30 (tax paid by others)? Support BSNL & other PSUs if there is a scope for performance if proper govt support is given. Do you agree?

    @BSNLCorporate They even not enough to solve the problem of customers of BSNL due to which they are switching. I appeal to Govt bodies to may kindly save BSNL. They have only one word contact to your nearest CSC. Disgusting
