    My landline no 06542-259145 was returned and Tele set deposited at Bokaro. BSNL Caution money refund serial no. 212178 dt.29/11/2021, It's going to be One yr but unfortunately Caution Money of >₹2000 is yet to be refunded @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, help

    @ndian_useless Thanks Problem is, Any Govt Co tends to behave like Govt. Now One year , I have patiently waited for the refund of caution Money which is approx ₹3000 or so. But the BSNL doesn't listen @BSNLCorporate BSNL Caution money refund serial no. 212178 dt.29/11/2021

    @BSNL_JKD @bsnlcorporate Visited office twice on friday, to fill the broadband form. Line man came to do connection on saturday, but till now service is not started.. Is this the service BSNL promise. Pathetic people in bokaro office.

    Same here in Bokaro.. Both Landline Internet WiFi and Direct BSNL Mobile Internet are as Slow as Any Railway Passenger..Train.. Rather slower.. #Control at @BSNLCorporate can check up now 8.15pm Bokaro I met the SDE and Jr Engg , they assured me, let's see

    @nitin_gadkari sir, I want to say my thought,please treat it as a suggestion- To tackle fund problem for Roads and Transport give a "golden handshake" chance to those public whose vehicle's registration is in lapsed position and they use it. Just like the "Samadhan" of BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate My bsnl post paid sim has no support while i am on roaming since nov 5 2025. Calling bsnl customer support from different mobile was futile as i was always told press 1 for hindi and after pressing 1,i was told they have not received any input.

    @Indian_Analyzer This could spark a telecom revolution. ICR stands for Intra Circle Roaming, which means sharing network towers within the same area. For eg: If Jio doesn’t have a tower in a particular spot, they can temporarily use the airwaves rented from BSNL, to keep calls and data flowing.

    @MIB_India why is govt wasting money on bsnl.I am in Mumbai and my post paid sim has no network.There is no supporting network like mtnl/dolphin available in mumbai while the customer is on roaming.Bsnl is charging people for no service.close bsnl.

    @TelecomTalk Modern phones like from Xiaomi don't provide 2G/3G options when Jio sim is inserted. How will someone access BSNL's 2G/3G network via Jio? I know there are workarounds to force 2G/3G on Jio but I am talking about general public.
