    @BSNL_JKD @bsnlcorporate Visited office twice on friday, to fill the broadband form. Line man came to do connection on saturday, but till now service is not started.. Is this the service BSNL promise. Pathetic people in bokaro office.

    Same here in Bokaro.. Both Landline Internet WiFi and Direct BSNL Mobile Internet are as Slow as Any Railway Passenger..Train.. Rather slower.. #Control at @BSNLCorporate can check up now 8.15pm Bokaro I met the SDE and Jr Engg , they assured me, let's see

    My landline no 06542-259145 was returned and Tele set deposited at Bokaro. BSNL Caution money refund serial no. 212178 dt.29/11/2021, It's going to be One yr but unfortunately Caution Money of >₹2000 is yet to be refunded @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, help

    @ndian_useless Thanks Problem is, Any Govt Co tends to behave like Govt. Now One year , I have patiently waited for the refund of caution Money which is approx ₹3000 or so. But the BSNL doesn't listen @BSNLCorporate BSNL Caution money refund serial no. 212178 dt.29/11/2021

    @nitin_gadkari sir, I want to say my thought,please treat it as a suggestion- To tackle fund problem for Roads and Transport give a "golden handshake" chance to those public whose vehicle's registration is in lapsed position and they use it. Just like the "Samadhan" of BSNL

    @HisabiKitabiG @yabhishekhd This is what happened when you totally depend on AI. And when you care more about cost than service this is what happened. I removed jio many months ago switched to Local broadband and Bsnl. Bsnl got down 2-3 time in month and even some time it doesn't happen.

    BSNL, even 10 years is more than enough time to fix your network. You're only pushing cheap plans, but in many areas your signal doesn't even reach. Please focus on actual coverage and service quality instead of just marketing tariffs. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

    @Kiranhyd @SayantikaSays BSNL - 4 years, small towns, different states, same experience. Internet down, call technician, fixed in 10 mins unless any maintenance issue. If not fixed, directly call JE or AE, they'll get it fixed immediately. Once for an issue, JE, AE and 3 technicians came home to check.

    Idea for @RahulGandhi election promises - revive BSNL and MTNL properly. Easy bookings, good coverage. If the private companies need to make a profit, limit it to 2g/3g, but keep their low budget phone plans alive. You can simply stand on stage and read out their recharge plan prices to get all the votes. Right now the public can't use them widely due to coverage issues. And this is not just for the poor. You can keep a phone no you mostly need for OTPs alive for a year in Rs. 321 if you're a Tamil Nadu police officer (as a comment below pointed out) - this could be extended to the poor! Loads of people who use separate numbers for banking and social media would vote for this.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_UPE I accidentally did two recharges on my BSNL number. Need a refund for the first wrong recharge. I Called ​Customer care 1503 disconnects after 10 mins of waiting. Done 3 times already. No help. Please solve this issue
