@BSNL_JKD @bsnlcorporate Visited office twice on friday, to fill the broadband form. Line man came to do connection on saturday, but till now service is not started.. Is this the service BSNL promise. Pathetic people in bokaro office.

@nitin_gadkari sir, I want to say my thought,please treat it as a suggestion- To tackle fund problem for Roads and Transport give a "golden handshake" chance to those public whose vehicle's registration is in lapsed position and they use it. Just like the "Samadhan" of BSNL

Same here in Bokaro.. Both Landline Internet WiFi and Direct BSNL Mobile Internet are as Slow as Any Railway Passenger..Train.. Rather slower.. #Control at @BSNLCorporate can check up now 8.15pm Bokaro I met the SDE and Jr Engg , they assured me, let's see

2.I contacted 1503 which is your official customer care number. in there on a separate section (automated response) there was clear explanations om different SMS PACKS of bsnl which starts from Rs 13.But apparently as told by the human customer care, you don't have any SMS PACKS.

@BSNLCorporate how to reach you to have your broadband franchise in nalgonda region?? If your franchise exists, are they sleeping 24hrs?? No contacts, no advertisings, and i called one idiot(bsnl broadband)to take your connection.. guess what, he's not lifting the phone.

@BSNLCorporate Thank you, I got in touch bsnl executives today from Bengalore, they said earlier they were not aware of how resolve my issue, but now they discussed internally and they can resolve it. Thanks I will follow up those bsnl executives and hopefully issue will be resolved soon.

@BSNLCorporate The problem is now resolved and my router has now been replaced. The vendor worked for about 4 hours. BSNL needs appreciation for solving this problem. I am proud to use my country's network. I am using BSNL since 2012, it has been a very long journey with you .
