    @BSNL_TN What's the reason for this poor network connectivity? My BSNL 4G sim works well in my native,Dindigul. It worked well till Villupuram. Once I crossed Villupuram and travelled towards chennai, the network was completely disconnected.

    Since January 2026 this issue is there. They gave all sorts of replies in this duration and now finally they say they have done maximum network optimization. now problem we are facing is due to the handset not the network. I don’t understand if Jio amd BSNL works why not airtel

    @bsnl_care I don't have any issue with Ping 20ms but In comparison to other operator Broadband latency BSNL is not comparable Other operator Ping 6ms and BSNL Ping 20ms

    @TelecomTalk The people selecting SWITCH TO BSNL option are either making a mockery of this poll or they absolutely have no idea of BSNL service quality and network. Dreaming BSNL to compete against Airtel, Jio & Vodafone is just wishful thinking. Nothing else.

    Today I bought a BSNL SIM card. For a second, I thought the BSNL staff would be jackasses like people in other govt departments, but NO, they were nice. I know BSNL’s network quality isn’t competitive, but hey, thanks @BSNLCorporate your staff were kind.
