I have raised complaint 3 times and all the times it was closed without anything. The latest complaint no was 1027287232 which was closed without fixing any issue. I am really disappointed with BSNL broadband services provided.

@reliancejio I am unable to recharge a plan above 500. It is very difficult to spend more than this. I will go for BSNL may be slow but I can afford.

@CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate The Broadband connection no. 05115-298042 went out of service due to some fault in the line. It's been 7 days and issue has not been resolved yet despite reaching the Bsnl exchange nearby.
