If at all the same speed is observed at resolving the issue, bsnl would have been doing wonders in Indian telecom sector. Shameless bsnl team full of liars.

Today is Thursday, and your local team is just making empty promises everyday ("aaj aayenge, kal aayenge"). I left BSNL hoping for better service, but this is highly unprofessional.
