@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CG_Circle has the worst customer service. Don't buy bsnl sim cards their customer care officers are also impolite and they talk rudely.

@BSNLCorporate Pathetic experience trying to apply for BSNL landline. Applied on 3Jan, Req#128251219055 pending since 1st week Jan, zero updates/response from customer care who seem to be well trained in disconnecting calls at will. True PSU like behavior!

@BSNLCorporate Many times it is requested to bsnl to check 7.08 am recharge however bsnl repeatedly saying 6.05 pm recharge successful through my bsnl app Which the customer knows already that that recharge was already successful The plan was not benefitted for 7.08 am recharge
