@r_r_shukla @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ When all telecom companies hike their terrif, I switched to BSNL but disappointed with it's pathetic condition I was forced to exist from it. Even their customer service don't pick up your call.

@BSNLCorporate i haven't recharged my bsnl number for a while . And now when I recharged it for like 3 times with 151 ; 10 ; 48 rs packs it's still saying my number is blocked. Please look into it either solve this issue or refund my money

Dear @MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT , How come everytime the recharge from your side succeeds but sim doesn't get the recharge. Today again I did a bsnl recharge which displayed as successful but actual recharge never happened. Request you to please return my money

@BSNLCorporate Landline service is totally down from July 2022 & the local staff failed to find the exact fault. It took a month to locate the fault. But lack of workers & funds in BSNL, we customers are facing problem! Another thing - there's a BIG communication issue in your local staff!!!
