    @bsnl_care Bsnl have no capacity to fix even a ups for years in its own tower. For years, we saw how bsnl works diligently. Don't fool customer by taking complaints and closing next day. For doing this, why getting paid from people money!! Worthless network

    @NalinisKitchen And regret it as soon as the port is completed. BSNL 4G is absolutely useless indoors. While other carriers constantly improve indoor coverage BSNL is so poor that the network itself isn't available at certain corners of the home. I regret porting.

    @NalinisKitchen Even in Greater Noida Airtel has the worst network at many places. Getting a BSNL SIM is hardship. Don't know where to get it.

    @bsnl_care Shared the details via DM, but let me tell you that I have also been wasting my time doing this exercise, as for the last three years, both BSNL and MTNL have failed to restore even basic 2G network services, let alone 4G or 5G

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl has various issues with recharging, internet speed etc., but I'm gonna try for my sim2 and test it.

    @BaluGorade This is also about the kind of customer base each has Airtel - Class mkt/metro cities Jio- Mass mkt BSNL - Mostly low income from hinterland
