  @iAsura_ The idea of the PSU being the facilitator and infrastructure provider is a good one. It's time tested. For an example of full service PSUs, railways and bsnl are there, not exactly shining comparisons. ISRO transitioning to become an NHAI type org is a good one.

  BSNL broadband internet service is not working since morning. Address - Gurudwara Road, Gaya, Bihar - 823001 It is requested to restore the service at earliest possible. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR

  It will not be. iSRO has just seen the BSNL moment. It will go down as BSNL went down. Two or three private companies will lead the space program of India. Because they can pay high and recruit from top engineering colleges like IITs, unlike ISRO. They have autonomy and they will get investments. They can go to stock market to raise funds. They will make their business commercially viable.
