    Shame on you BSNL Landline number 02362-228688 is totally dead in position and even after 20 calls and complaints nobody is responding with good manner. Sindhunagari is administration place of SINDHUDURG. We are switching to another service provider..

    • They are in such a deep financial crisis that the government considered closing it down because of the loss-making situation. BSNL does not even have 4G in full stretch, whereas Jio is about to launch 5G.

    @CGMTUPW @GmBSNLNoida Due to rampant corruption in bsnl want to surender 0120-2406058. Several complaints were lodged towards non functioning of internet. all were closed every time after 2-3 days as set right whereas it was never set right. canbe verified from my complaint log.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD @RBI Dear BSNL Team, I have disconnected my Landline + Broadband connection 2-3 months before but I have not received my security refund amount of 500 INR. My BSNL number was 03422450206. Pls check the issue on high priority and refund my money ASAP.

    • What's causing the cash shortage? BSNL was profitable until 2007 - 2010, when it began to lose money due to inadequate network connections and intense competition. They have been losing users to private players such as Airtel, Jio, and others.

    @indiantweeter @HathwayBrdband We have banned Hathway internet in our apartment. Worst, worst service ever we had received from them. To an extent, the local franchise also cancelled their membership and picked BBNL (not BSNL) internet to provide us internet service.
