  @sujays This is Bangalore story, btw. Mentioned Airtel, SBI, as you know most govt agencies say we accept phone but only if BSNL, bank but only if SBI, etc. In my case, SBI was happy to take Airtel while gas wasn't. Or vice versa. (Should have noted this down, will need it soon myself!)

  @CMDBSNL #bsnltamilnadu Sir, I am a customer of Bharath fiber net and my plan is BSNL FTTH 777 with phone number 04132965496. But my BB Fibernet is completely out of order for many days. Please rectify the defect to get network connection continuously. Thanks & Regards.

  @CMDBSNL Sir please provide atleast 2G service in Vikhroli Mumbai. My complaint with BSNL is unresolved since 2 months. A week back I tweeted the issue to you also. I am paying charges for a phone which did not work for 2 months

  @BSNLCorporate After 3 months of poor service of wifi choupal, I decided to move on and applied for disconnection. I know that I will have to be dependent on a private service going forward, because govt's digital india scheme failed to provide a good service to me. BSNL too is useless.
