    @BSNL_OR pathetic service for the broadband connection issues.Many complaints but no resolution. Registered complaints gets resolved automatically without confirming with customer.BSNL technicians tend to ignore and reject the concerns.Kindly look into the grievances of custmrs.

    @BSNLCorporate One more issue need to be resolved, is the olt getting offline frequently. Every week it gets down for 3 times and asking the official we get reply that it got cut from some area. Bsnl is having 7 line here and get cuts daily HOW? WHY NOT GETTING A PERMANENT SOLUTION OF MAIN LINE

    @BSNLCorporate I am resident of Indore MP, I recently become customer of BSNL, but really disappointed with internet speed,it is always on E & unable to load even google page or youtube home. Even after complaining on customer care problem has not been solved. Kindly do needful.
