@bsnl chennai. I had kept my telephone ( kotturpuram exchange) under safe custody. I personally submitted a letter to release it on 13 th. Till date ( 16 th) nothing done. They make me run from pillar to post.Nobody seems to take responsibility right from higher level. Horrible .

@BSNLCorporate How Concerned Divisional Engineer confirmed the fault of hand set when none of his person inspected since 16.6.22though they assured me to visit on 25.6.22.I don't know whether it's a splitter problem or not,the splitter installed bsnl men last August after taking cost.

@AxisBankSupport CaseId : 220507677053 dated 7/5/2022. Problem : unable to sms via bsnl sim to get Customer ID. Successfully completed 45 days with unable to understand reply. Please confirm is it possible to get Customer Id for New Credit Card by Phone Banking.

If you're mobile or social media addicted, don't spend thousands of rupees on de addiction centers. Just port your number into BSNL. They facilitate daily no network for hours.

@Sunilbehera95 @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw 4G or 5G not required if 3G works everywhere. I am using 3G BSNL and watching tv daily 4-5hr. Customer care not good. I visited 3 times bsnl to convert post paid to prepaid. No way to replace BSNL sim in other state. BSNL sent me same bill when my sim was non functional.
