    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL will never grow unless it's employees start respecting customer and taking responsibilities. I don't know whether CEO knows that their customer representatives are buch of illiterates who couldn't understand a single query. Always suggests the customer to call 4 hours later

    @BSNL_HP You should rather say ‘No service improvement’. You’ve removed cheaper plans silently while advertising no price hike. 3 months plan in BSNL is only ₹ 9 cheaper than Jio. Jio offers SMS along with calling while BSNL offers only calling. For SMS you gotta purchase another plan.

    @human270803 @dealztrendz Wherever I travel and do WFH(due to hybrid culture) already got wifi At present BSNL is suitable for me ... And if the network stays the same way, I am happy otherwise I will port to Jio/airtel again....

    @BSNLCorporate Totaly fail to maintain bsnl ftth franchise, FTTH BSNL franchise holders improve the BSNL. Now the corporate office ignores franchise holders...that's why in future no BSNL only private network because BSNL corporate office totally failed to link as well as franchise
