@BSNLCorporate I am not pay last month bill. This side every month problem ofc, fibre optic break, no service, shutdown all bsnl service, all this type of problem your side. But my side every month pay bill, so you never found any problem of my side. So why you generate bill without service?

Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD already 2-3 years gone but no BSNL network in my area Khulna,Pin -743446. I already informed BSNL too many times but nothing happen. As I understand if BSNL is controlled by Pvt. company,BSNL must be top of all Telecom company in Indian. @DoT_India

@BSNLCorporate Happy to see BSNL extremely efficient in calling customers for Bill payment from the second day of mailing them monthly Bill. But they simply don’t bother in giving such excellent service to customer. Isn’t it SHAMEFUL ? Do they have any morale ?

@BSNL_AS Why you generate monthly bill? Are u remember! If u forgot don't worry let me remind u in January lot's of days no BSNL service. Check my last month all complaints. If u not provide service this not right a month bill. Also my right i appeal for no service why I'm pay bill.
