    @BSNL_CHTD Call breaks out, no internet available even in the heart city of Chennai, T.Nagar. Facing the worst internet speed of BSNL prepaid, unable to do online payment for more than 1 hr, not even BSNL Self-care app opens.

    @BSNLCorporate Only Sorry No any action...BSNL not Support any Customer anywhare in india..not for me all over india same problem..My problem Aprox 3 month but only Reply BSNL Sorry..I will get the payment and connection turned off but will always remember and will not use BSNL even by mistake.

    @DoT_India Please make corrections to the portal to have the option to downgrade your plan. It’s not fair to have only Upgrading the plan. It’s good trick to cheat the subscribers. 5 ~10 times they ask CC and at BSNL off but nothing works then they leave it with that higher plan. Very Worst

    @airtelindia facing the worst service provided by Airtel.. no internet, no proper customer care.. not worth BSNL would have given much better than you

    @BSNLCorporate Thanx for your prompt response. But we say to sorry still our problem not solved. Now I am repenting that why I took the connection of BSNL. Now I'm going to withdraw service from BSNL.
