    @TVMohandasPai @APanagariya Consumers should also support BSNL, Air India by purchasing their services, even if outcompeted by private players. It hardly makes any difference whether government makes transfers by way of subsidies or salaries, inefficiencies are similar.

    @ImSufy @Airtel_Presence I still think noting can be worse than @JioCare customer care, i kept calling them about the visible wire issue and they all kept delaying resolution, BSNL attitude! Even their managers are always in “Meetings” and customer care doesn’t know anything!

    @the_echel0n_ @yabhishekhd U just need to check which ISP is better in that area coz after service is very important at least in my area BSNL fiber is really good i mean they were bad before but they have improved a lot.... I'm using a 150 Mbps plan and it's really good

    @BSNLCorporate We have been reporting the issue to the local BSNL officials but no use. I hope you will follow up on addressing this issue asap.

    @BSNLCorporate For the last 6 months I am complaining about not getting the network of BSNL company in our village and how much time it will take please tell a definite date.

    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia If bsnl is not interested to keep their customer and basic service to provide then no one is interested to continue service. There are more options. But we will try to save and use our nations telephone service, so we will request for transfer

    them to give information about BSNL self care portal to which the officer there denied and didn’t help me to understand the ways to change plans online.Infact employees there started fighting with each other on their personal issue.Its been 4 months since i m paying bills

    @ANI BSNL is not starting its 4G service at Baghajatin, Kolkata. A metro city should be given the privilege of enjoying lightning speed internet. BSNL is moving at a very sluggish pace leading to inconvenience for the customers. When will the customers be able to enjoy true 4G?

    I have given complaint to our area JTO(amit kumar).I have visited BSNL office of rewari many times.I have given a written complaint too.But no actions has been taken.Because no actions were taken so i visited CSC centre of BSNL in rewari,haryana for changing of my plan and asked
