It hardly makes any difference whether government makes transfers by way of subsidies or salaries, inefficiencies are similar.

Triton Ganymede (@TG_TriGany) reported@someware1982 Contact BSNL Kolkata CTD GM CM at 9432000345 regarding your issue, the case needs to be escalated to the Sales & Marketing team if you have recharged on November 2025 the plan should be valid till October 2025 because INR 1999 prepaid mobile plan validity is 11 months.
