    @TVMohandasPai @APanagariya Consumers should also support BSNL, Air India by purchasing their services, even if outcompeted by private players. It hardly makes any difference whether government makes transfers by way of subsidies or salaries, inefficiencies are similar.

    @BSNL_HR @AshwiniVaishnaw @rtiindia customer can understand if he/she is facing any problem once or twice in a month but it’s a pattern every Saturday BSNL shuts its data services and when i call them they say yes we are working on it it will take 2 hours and it changes to 2 day

    @BSNL_HR @AshwiniVaishnaw @rtiindia Can anybody look into this matter responsibly? If a customer is making payment for monthly service then why BSNL is delivering services for only 18-20 days? This is definitely a scam and nobody is talking about it.

    @BSNL_TN BSNL services at Madurai worst going,cabled landlines not working in years with monthly bills been generated,regarding grievances not been rectified,phone returns not been accepted as no workers to accept return,what's the hell going at MADURAI BBKULAM TALLAKULAM BSNL
