I mention in my tweet that all operators affected please read. I know bsnl issue. Huge impact on BSNL broadband due to JIo. BSNL couldn't asses / React to the market disruption by JIO.

But for bill payment reminders, automated calls come perfectly on time. Customers deserve proper service, not excuses. Worst experience.
