    Hey, @BSNL_KTK there’s no mobile phone service around Annapoorneshwari temple, Hornadu. BSNL tower and exchange office is just around 500 mts away. Please do the needful. @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @jagograhakjago There is nobody to answer the customer when the service breaks down. Their phones are unreachable. Person who needs to work will get fired from the job and thn BSNL will provide them the job.

    I have tried to do recharge using phonepay app Phonepay is showing that recharge is successfully done and they are providing Reference number too.But I didn't receive recharge amount in my BSNL operator Ihave contacted to BSNL regarding the same issue. @BSNLCorporate @PhonePe_

    Which internet service has worked the best for you in the last 2 years? I have an Airtel dongle which is ok when it connects. I have tried Hathway, BSNL, Jio - none of them worked as well as I wanted to.

    @passivefool BSNL is facing loss is only due to its social obligation...we can't even close our rural exchange where less than 10 connections are there but paying 20k/month electricity bill & O&M expenditure....BSNL provide SATCOM service @ Rs2/min(loss of 20-25 Rupees/min).

    @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw The last 15 days I complained to BSNL that the 3g internet speed in my area is very low and the internet connection goes away after a while. But to this day this problem has not been solved. I am very disappointed

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir, It is a wise decision to privatise BSNL. Despite of partial privatisation, the kind of service they provide in rural areas is awful. Particularly FTTH.
