    Hey, @BSNL_KTK there’s no mobile phone service around Annapoorneshwari temple, Hornadu. BSNL tower and exchange office is just around 500 mts away. Please do the needful. @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate

    @airtelindia 5 day ago I port into airtel from bsnl yesterday my new sim got network on 9 am and till 10 am I really enjoyed Good speed on 5g and suddenly I think you have decreased my speed on number deliberately fix my network now My younger brother is also on same 399 plan

    @TelecomTalk I am in Delhi, here also BSNL users getting “switched off” alerts while the phone is on. Strange thing is Jio on the same device has no such problem.

    @Jeetuburdak Private telecom companies gained popularity over MTNL and BSNL largely due to the latter’s inefficiency and poor service standards. If they now begin to follow the same path, it would certainly be a matter of concern.

    I'm having another problem. The BSNL VOLTE is causing a lot of call drops. I can't say it's very good, it's okay, but I'm getting a lot of call drops. So I want to ask why these call drops are so frequent. It's happening both inside and outside the house. @bsnl_care @CMDBSNL

    @talk2anuradha Try BSNL, the network is good but the Customer Care is non-existent. Best amongst the worst. Just like BJP (Modi) Government.
