Hey, @BSNL_KTK there’s no mobile phone service around Annapoorneshwari temple, Hornadu. BSNL tower and exchange office is just around 500 mts away. Please do the needful. @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate I am getting this reply everytime. But when the issue will be solved. It went for 4 days and no problem solved. BB yet no working. Govt. Says to promote vocal for local, but this local is making me out of vocal. How can we then support BSNL.

@BSNL_BR I am not asking for restoring anything. I am requesting for bringing the BSNL optical fiber connection to Jitwarpur, Madhubani, Bihar. You need to extend the existing network by just 2kms and the problem will be solved.

BSNL services have gone to dogs simply with nil accountability and cent pert cent apathy towards customer service. Probably, the staff all levels are waiting for the total dissolution of the company. N I say, sooner the better. Am a customer for last 31 yrs, a genuine sufferer.🙄
