    Hey, @BSNL_KTK there’s no mobile phone service around Annapoorneshwari temple, Hornadu. BSNL tower and exchange office is just around 500 mts away. Please do the needful. @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate

    @NetlinkICT I bought a ONU in March 2021 as per advise from BSNL. For past 10 days facing probs with WAN. ONU was reset & as advised by BSNL but the problem persists. I have mailed you & also raised complaint in portal bt there is no response to my complaint.

    @BSNL_PB only 4 days into the bill cycle I get message that I used all@the 3300GB data, I paid extra 250 to get some more data then found out that it was BSNL error and now they don’t want to take they 250 off the bill, called customer service they asked to go to exchange
