    Hey, @BSNL_KTK there’s no mobile phone service around Annapoorneshwari temple, Hornadu. BSNL tower and exchange office is just around 500 mts away. Please do the needful. @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @jagograhakjago Whenever I call someone, I get connected to BSNL customer care. Not getting OTPs for 90 days. Care takes 5 min to reach a person who can’t fix it & asks to visit office. My money wasted.

    I haven’t been able to access my BSNL postpaid bill details for the past month. I am worried that if the payment is delayed due to this technical issue,my line will be disconnected or my credit score will be affected. Please resolve this immediately! @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_WB #BSNL

    @airtelindia Your customer service is pathetic. It's so bad that even bsnl started looking better. Few days back, I lost my phone. 15 days & 7 sims later, I still don't have an active number. It's my 15 y/o no. and your backend staff is just useless. #airtel_sucks

    @ViCustomerCare I had raised my query to port my number from bsnl to vi 4 days ago and till now it is not ported. I was told it will be ported in 3 days. I have received the sim and it is also showing the network but BSNL sim is still active.
