    @CMDBSNL Sir, it's my earnest request to look into the following problem: We have got BSNL fibre ultra connection for our school. There is no internet since 4 days. I have registered complaint almost 95 hours back and still no response. It's a regular problem here.

    @ajeetbharti Seems @airtelindia does not want cattle class users like us.. will have to port now.. jab slow internet hi milna hai to BSNL kya bura hai..

    away from BSNL MOBILE BTS earlier when Nokia ZTE Ericsson Mobile network antennas was operational that time you have received (-69 dBm) 2G signal RXL & after the replacement of antennas with TCS antennas the 2G signal RXL dropped at (-95 dBm) & 4G no needs to be mentioned {2}

    @bsnl_care @PMOIndia How long it takes to correct a wrong billing when AO(TRA) Cuttack has already put up a proposal for reversal of the wrong charges levied ? Doesn’t BSNL have a prescribed time line for resolution?

    @bsnl_care I clearly stated that after calling the BSNL staff, they restored the service. BSNL Fiber is now working. But the question is, if the recharge was for six months, why did it stop after two months and why did I receive messages to recharge? I've shared my number in the DM.
