    No use tagging anyone here. @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate is totally going downhill. Government is hapless & helpless. Leave aside villages even in a taluka hq like Kundapura the services of BSNL are going from bad to worse. Neither their JTO nor DE nor AGM nor GM to care to respond

For a new BharatNet Rural Fibre connection, the first bill generally includes pro-rata charges for the applicable period along with 18% GST and ₹599 as a security deposit.     @bsnl_care Despite repeated complaints, I have received no clear response. Please explain the reason for this outage immediately. If any loss occurs due to this prolonged disruption, BSNL will be held responsible.

    Absolutely frustrated! Worst BSNL service ever. My SIM is ported, but there's still No Service. Customer care doesn't answer, and the BSNL staff who processed my port is also ignoring my calls. Completely unacceptable. Fix this immediately! @BSNLCorporate #BSNL #NoService
