@BSNL_KOTD We also want to use bsnl but your bsnl network is not available anywhere. I am repeatedly requesting you to take a look at the network. And if you can't take the job seriously, turn off the service.

Will @BSNL_HP really improve? paid BSNL bill online, My BSNL app shows transection , however it show status as bill not paid, also called customer care to correct the status, still no action, continuously getting reminder SMS and calls for non payment.

@AshokKhemka_IAS Fact: BSNL had monopoly Bad : it gave bad service only. Good: it didn't looted customers. Fact: private giant monopoly Bad: it harrases customers economically with their manipulations, bad service at Countryside Good competition is healthy market Monopoly of any kind is -ve.
