@BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlupe Most of the time BSNL FTTH is down because site is isolated. BSNL should provide live tracking of sites to avoid customer frustration and also availability % online.

@BSNLCorporate I complained my faulty LL *** BB(DSL break) no. in PG cell. After 2 week , staff came , but problem not solved..Now they break the line of the number from either MDF or pillar .LL is totally dead now, I lost my trust upon BSNL ,thanks to such ppl working there

Broadband down. 5 days since complaint made. No service. Call center refuses to help. Local service center does not have any service executive. Cannot stop the connection because it can be done through city BSNL office. @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND @rsprasad
