    @BSNL_OR Sir I am Arkashree priyadarshini Swain broadband user (6758295784) tired off having complaining about irregular service of BSNL .No one is picking call here in konark.The Sdo of nimapara is never responding our call. My connection is failed and I am helpless.

    @s_ksahoo @IndiaPostOffice @skilledinodisha They depend on BSNL leased lines. If they had multiple connections like the corporate MNCs or even smaller startups, such problems would have never occurred. It's all with the sluggish govt policy.

    We the BSNL customers of this area are facing network issues at Midnight till morning. Your so called indigenous technology 4G tower is installed nearby and working only from morning to 11pm. After that, your network signal collapses constantly.

    @bsnl_care in my previous complaint i mentioned account number and landline number and on top of that bsnl asked me for the address. So much stupidity!!

    Hi @BSNLCorporate , I need your support to disconnect my FTTH connection. There are frequent outages and it is no longer serving the purpose. My parents are senior citizens and cannot visit the bsnl office for the disconnection request.

    @RIL_Updates What about Jio's internet speed and network stability. Jio became India's NEW BSNL. Very low network inside houses, 4G is slower than BSNLs 3G, or sometimes apps & websites says no internet connection on Jio 4G. Jio's 5G is now giving speed of real 4G, Max 10-12 MBps.
