    @BSNL_OR Sir I am Arkashree priyadarshini Swain broadband user (6758295784) tired off having complaining about irregular service of BSNL .No one is picking call here in konark.The Sdo of nimapara is never responding our call. My connection is failed and I am helpless.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir ,since 2 weeks I am requesting daily in the office but without any response. Is it a curse we subscribed BSNL!!.plz do the needful. I can’t manage my job as doing #workfromhome with this level of Service of BSNL.

    @PMOIndia A complaint was lodged by me in BSNL Customer Care on 24-10-2022 whose complaint number is-J0373003148. Why is it still pending, doesn't it seem that it is negligence and irresponsibility towards work. I hope my problem will be resolved soon. Thanks.

    How long slow & unstable BSNL internet speed will continue ? When other private operators are trying to improve their internet service by introducing 5G service, BSNL is seemingly try to go back to 2G era. Please improve your internet service, be it 3G or 4G.

    @BSNLCorporate No use at all for People. This is only for advertising purpose. I'm using BSNL broadband for last 5 years and I asked @BSNL_KL to change this to FTH connection since 2022 Feb. Still Waiting..! BSNL have good plans but their service is pathetic and it will results their failure.

    @Kunal_Kapoor2 We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We are keen to resolve your problem. presently 4G is not available in Ludhiana. BSNL is planing 4G as per Govt of India guideline . we assure you better service in future. please stay with BSNL

    @discountsdeck @ACTFibernet If Airtel Fiber services are available there, go for it without any delay. It's the best service I have ever come across. They always provide the same day resolution if possible, if not, next day is guaranteed. We have BSNL, Jio and Airtel available. 90% have Airtel connection.
