    @BSNL_OR Sir I am Arkashree priyadarshini Swain broadband user (6758295784) tired off having complaining about irregular service of BSNL .No one is picking call here in konark.The Sdo of nimapara is never responding our call. My connection is failed and I am helpless.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir ,since 2 weeks I am requesting daily in the office but without any response. Is it a curse we subscribed BSNL!!.plz do the needful. I can’t manage my job as doing #workfromhome with this level of Service of BSNL.

    @TelecomTalk Exactly BSNL stopped issuing New sim & duplicate,I approached BSNL office on Dec 1st for MNP Process, they told server issue on that day 6 days gone still they can't able to start the MNP process ,now they'r saying Application is under development.Customers r getting frustrated

    @mohitlaws Abe dehati BSNL is still in the market , Reliance shut down because of loss and JIO camed, Idea and vodafone merged and made VI , Airtel is still in the market , and rest of the companies where shut down due to loss @grok tell him

    @BSNL_KTK Went to bsnl office to port from Jio to bsnl but prson saying srvr down from 1week and they are not issuing sim cards in Vidyaranyapura Blr & Sahakarnagar Blr. Server down from 1week How will customers port to bsnl with this type of service even before porting

    @TelecomTalk BSNL Server is down in Bhopal also from Dec 1. I have been calling daily to bsnl office, as I have to switch my physical sim to eSIM. But it seems that, I would have to go for private service provider. Nobody knows, when will the system run again? @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia

    @bsnl_care all other Telecom providers have solution on wrong ( by mistake) provide refund what problem with bsnl. Bsnl also should have to co-operative solution regarding for such problem please send customer support mail id

    @Paimon_goetia Are you for real, if BSNL is so good then why don't Indians use it. Air India was piling up crazy debts for poor services. I'm sure if we ever see a IRCTC competitor, it will be better than IRCTC. Almost all dead PSUs in India were once monopoly 🙏

    @sumitsaurabh Firstly, they were able to offer the free service only because the Govt facilitated it. BSNL/VSNL could have been saved by the Govt. It did not. Secondly, its not the responsibility of the citizen to support the competititors.

    No solution provided by BSNL always registered complaint and automatically closed by @BSNLCorporate without any solution BSNL= Bhai Sahab Nhi Lagega really fit for @bsnl_care I would like to request you @bsnl_care kindly explain how I can Port out from BSNL
