    @BSNL_OR Sir I am Arkashree priyadarshini Swain broadband user (6758295784) tired off having complaining about irregular service of BSNL .No one is picking call here in konark.The Sdo of nimapara is never responding our call. My connection is failed and I am helpless.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir ,since 2 weeks I am requesting daily in the office but without any response. Is it a curse we subscribed BSNL!!.plz do the needful. I can’t manage my job as doing #workfromhome with this level of Service of BSNL.

    @BSNL_PB Everyone is going online and You(BSNL) is suggesting to visit CSC. Let me tell you that BSNL Customer service is very poor and they lack knowledge on troubleshooting problems. After lot of bad experience I hv stopped calling BSNL CSC as it was just waste of time

    @ndtv Yes true ,bsnl net was the best but now worst , specially rural India the fact is that to all government schools village panchayats ,sub registrars offices banks,this is the only authorized net to be used . Some days are really bad ,every day there is maintenance @rsprasad

    @apdclsocial Sir, kindly send someone immediately at BSNL colony near Municipality office for rectifying the problem. For minor fault why didn't they repair it today. Can u live without electricity.

    @_RahulKrishna @BSNLCorporate I had a BSNL broadband connection and for 3 months I paid the fee without using it and sometimes just using few GB of data for 5-6 days. After calling the support so many times, solution was not found. Finally I applied for removing the connection.

    @CTRavi_BJP @narendramodi Govt should focus on revamping BSNL also ! It's harsh truth thar during UPA BSNL was leading telecom service provider !

    @NammaBESCOM Can someone plz help in understanding bescom. Looks like Bescom doesn't know to read COMPLETE Sentence. Once upon a time BSNL was providing service with 0% quality. Today where is BSNL? folks in Bangalore still struggling with bescom with zero% quality.
