    @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir ,since 2 weeks I am requesting daily in the office but without any response. Is it a curse we subscribed BSNL!!.plz do the needful. I can’t manage my job as doing #workfromhome with this level of Service of BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 l can't acess internet, voice calling, messaging due to poor network coverage of your bsnl in my location 754223 Gopei Raechand Via-Karilopatana Dist-Kendrapara Odisha. Please Bsnl provide a good coverage of network to us.

    Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) soft-launched its eSIM services in the Tamil Nadu circle on August 15, 2025, aligning with Independence Day to emphasize its commitment to Digital India. This service allows customers to activate mobile connections on compatible smartphones and wearables without a physical SIM card, using a secure QR code for remote provisioning. Customers can visit BSNL Customer Service Centres (CSCs) with an eSIM-compatible device and valid ID for digital KYC, receiving a one-time QR code to download the eSIM profile. Benefits include instant activation, dual-SIM flexibility, enhanced security, and compatibility with major devices like Apple, Samsung, and Google products. BSNL plans a phased nationwide rollout, competing with private operators like Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone Idea. The launch also coincides with BSNL’s anti-spam and anti-smishing protections and 4G expansion efforts, with a full 4G rollout targeted by June 2025.

    @BSNLCorporate I am using BSNL and I need PUK number, for that sent SIM number to 53733 but did not get the PUK. I have BSNL app too, but no PUK there, customer care asked me to search for office offline. Other provider give PUK via app. Please update @BSNL_CG_Circle

    BSNL signal almost nil here. Kindly do the needful. Lots of students & other users are waiting for the network from many days. Network disrupts from no time. Suddenly disappears whenever they're engaged. It's NOT a tower in Kambalabettu, which you had resolved earlier. @bsnl_care

    @TimesNow @JM_Scindia @navikakumar Bad BSNL your pgm Pune sick unprofessional. Corrupt person … we pay full charges ,a day late we r fined,BSNL service filthy every Sunday net down,last 5 months I am able to use net only for 15/18 days a month.. but pay full ..and minister all praise for a worst service .. Shame

    @bsnl_care Based on our post, @bsnl_care team sincerely raises complaint. Thank you. But to our disappointment, the concerned #BSNL official who need to take action, on the complaints, r closing it without resolving the issue. All my complaints r closed, but issues not resolved. #BSNL4G
