    @BSNLCorporate Recharged my no. 8266930178 through mobikwik. Amount deducted but recharge not done. Mobikwik shared an operator Id(3939699758) saying it is successful. BSNL customer care not replying to my e mails nor attending phone calls also..

    @BSNLCorporate Recharged my mobile no. 8266930178 via mobikwik today. Amount deducted but recharge not done. On asking mobikwik they shared an operator id 3939699758 saying it is successful from BSNL side. Now BSNL customer care is not responding to my calls and emails abt this.

    @abhishekrajaram BSNL can provide services at cheaper rate so private companies can't compete.. after 2014, it is the worst situation of BSNL in its history. Governor is fully responsible for this days of BSNL.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe I am BSNL user from Rani Ki Sarai,Azamgarh (U.P.) . There is no network for so many days please take my request and fix the problem as soon as possible. Without network how can I communicate with others.

    Alas BSNL staff is not interested to work for customer satisfaction but interested only to Bill every month. Can someone from BSNL share how many calls have been made against current Bill of Rs 400/- plus. Why we should be paying for "Nikammapan" of BSNL staff.

    Again 4g is not working. Not getting 4G symbol and speed since 15 days. When will this problem go away?When? #Bsnl #SpeedIssue @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate @TRAI Recharge prices are increasing every month but the services are not getting good. I request please take strict action.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ circuit connection not working from last week…continuous follow up with bsnl staff ..more than 15 call to 7 bsnl staff….and now not picked up my calls. Connection at village -Khariya khangar Dist-jodhpur… CA may look in this matter…its most urgent .

    How long the Government will support BSNL with huge funds & several crutches? I fail to understand that Government has already seen Air India & burnt their hands, why another experiment? Private players are vying for 5G spectrum & BSNL with incompetent staff is yet to start 4G!!
