    @bsnl_care Why don't you check the network issue. Bsnl network is not available in almost all noida. Available in ghaziabad, faridabad. Pathetic service. Complained at bsnl office sector 19, bsnl person asked me to change the handset. Shameful for these people who are representing the cmpny

    @airtelindia @BSNL_BR @TRAI Why is it that whenever I try to call my mother, who uses a BSNL number, the call never connects on the first attempt, or doesn't connect at all despite multiple attempts? This issue does not occur when calling Airtel or Jio numbers.

    @BSNLCorporate I wish to know, is bsnl planning to close down it's landline services?in my hometown bathinda my landline phone is not working since more than 2 years,I raised the complaint with the bathinda office, but the response amazed me, the office says we won't provide

    BSNL has good offers but lacks customer support and penetration. In spite of repeated requests they never bother to work on improving connectivity ..

    @badjourno Govt (&retd) employees get discount from BSNL, despite poor network. People retain it & additional # for active calls. Competition made BSNL outsource their fibre connection at the customer level and they're responsive than the PSU. Speed is still iffy.

    @tushar9590 use bsnl gsm sim once in lifetime and if you use it again, i will pay for your prepaid for an year. It is worst telecom service, india has. you cannot change network till 90 days due to cool off period. you will not be able to make a single qr payment.
