    @BSNL_MH I have landline broadband connection but I have to pay Bill without service. my broadband connection have problem and I register complaint several times. but in vain. Bsnl is worst.

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw No network signal mean what? When prompt action will be taken? Becuase of poor service BSNL losing customers both land line and mobile. Better to port. I surrendered the land line in Jul this year. No refund of deposit yet.

    Again, it's been 4 days since I'm facing this issue. "No Internet". I called BSNL office but still nothing happened. I don't have any option. I have to switch to @airtelindia or Jio. BSNL should go in private hand instead of government. Worst service @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KL Have been trying to re- activate telephone line- 0491257760 for last two weeks. The exchange tells me Pair is not available!! How to depend on bsnl with such abysmal service.

    @BSNL_CHTD we have three bsnl sim at home, it's total network outage from 24th oct 8pm till now which is more than 8 hours. When will you restore?? @BSNLCorporate @bsnl

    @BSNL_GJ WHY can’t BSNL give refund of the amount (tarif) for the period (days) the phone is dead and complaint is made. They take full amount even if phone is unusable. The credibility of BSNL is at STAKE.
