    @sliceit_ Why why ?!!! The customer support of yours has to be so bad? Even BSNL answers customer service call within minutes. It's like half an hour waiting and no one is answering my calls. And the typical turn around time for e-mail response is 3x of the promised.

    I am an airtel prepaid subscriber and using bsnl wired wifi for mobile internet usage. Airtel signal strength is 100 above dbm in my area which is very poor. Area pin code 680121.this is my 4th request.
