@BSNL_OR what about Koira Jon I make many call and complain for the broadband connection but BSNL staff told me your side cable is not good condition but they not pull the new cable for the connection So please help me over to come this Daly problem

@BSNL_BR when BSNL will offer 4g in Patna, Bihar? And unable to set BSNL caller tune at any way possible. If the company offers free tunes with prepaid recharge then please look after the issues faced by the customer in the way accessing the feature.

The BSNL landline at Chapakhowa, Sadiya district Tinsukia is not functioning since 2 weeks from 09/06/2022. A lot of issues are being faced but yet no resolution has been made by Chapakhowa Exchange officials. @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI I made a request to have the MNP code to port out my BSNL no. After a while a got a message that my request can not be processed and I should try again. Later I spoke to customer care to clarify the issue, he told me that my plan is of ₹107 (Expiring today)
