    @BSNL_OR what about Koira Jon I make many call and complain for the broadband connection but BSNL staff told me your side cable is not good condition but they not pull the new cable for the connection So please help me over to come this Daly problem

    @BSNLCorporate despite multiple complaints, interventions by bsnl office bearer, problem could not be solved. bsnl official says FTTH services rendered by contractor and they do not have any direct control. so finally complaint not resolved. contractor not responding @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL I reissued BSNL postpaid sim after I lost my sim. It's almost 3days now, but my incoming sms service still not restored. Your customer services not responding satisfactorily.

    @om_1992 Dear Sir The customer with number 9676501212 is requested to visit the nearest BSNL office/CCN/CSC as there exists a subsisting contractual obligation violation for UPC generation.Minimum main balance Rs 1.20 is required to send SMS to 1900.

    @BSNL_KTK I have a old bsnl sim that is in the name of my father. I would want to get it transferred to my name. Unfortunately, he is presently staying in West Bengal and I am in Bangalore. Can you please help me with the procedure regarding the same?
