    @BSNL_KL I received my BSNL Bill, but u had charged me installation fees. I had paid the instlln fees alrdy to agent. I had also filed a complaint on customer care num onn28 june. There is still no response. I tried calling local office. No body picks up phone in Aluva BSNL.

    @PMOIndia - please consider to do privatisation for BSNL as well. Atleast we will get good services and issue will be resolved on time. Currently employees in BSNL are unskilled, lazy and they don't want to even work only they want their monthly salary!!!

    @BSNLCorporate Thank you so much. But 3 time I am got the same reply but no resolution. Please tell me how many days I have to wait ? Because if problem will not resolve this time I will raise disconnection request. I am fed up from BSNL service now.

    @BSNL_AS The main issue of failure of BSNL is BSNL itself.. Not a single person is available to take the responsibility..i tried all methods to solve my issue i.e. Mail, call, tweets, pgportal.everything.but the issue remains unsolved. great job by BSNL.. you deserve the failure

    @AbtNature @sjain_21 @karksarss Madam bsnl, mtnl, doordarshan all are govt run institutions, Airindia also was, had they shown any competency, very poor service is provided to customers even in sbi too, private banks provide better service and are growing. Congress motto "We're made for M'slims only" Scams??

    Not good service at all. Facing network issue from Last 1 month. Always need to switch network to connect to net. Other company sim gets connected to network easily but BSNL sim does not connect to network. Call drop during call. To many problems with BSNL. PETH VADGAON, 416112
