I had also filed a complaint on customer care num onn28 june. There is still no response. I tried calling local office. No body picks up phone in Aluva BSNL.

Kerala Shortwave📡 (@KeralaShortwave) reported@Parag_Kar In Kerala, Airtel has 4.6 MHz instead of 10 MHz in the 900 MHz band. If that 4.6 MHz is repurposed for VoNR priority services, we’ll be screwed in district like Idukki! By the way, BSNL is running as empty network here, with speeds hitting 40 Mbps. I think I’ll switch to BSNL.

Everything whatever you don't need in a telephone service. 5. Also, most importantly the shameless team of @BSNLCorporate who just closes complaint.
