    @BSNL_KL I received my BSNL Bill, but u had charged me installation fees. I had paid the instlln fees alrdy to agent. I had also filed a complaint on customer care num onn28 june. There is still no response. I tried calling local office. No body picks up phone in Aluva BSNL.

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate i tried multiple times for the upc code for porting purpose, but i am not getting any sms reply on my porting sms request.. what kind of issue is it ? are you deliberately not providing upc code,so that I stay with bsnl and suffer bsnl poor network

    @bsnl_care DND is already activate then also I am receiving calls, when I contacted customer care they replied calls form "bsnl" can't be stop. They said "It will only stop 3rd party calls not bsnl calls". But their limit of calling. On average, every day, I am receiving calls from bsnl."

    SIR registration via ECINET App needs OTP. For BSNL sim, OTP arrives around 3.5 minutes later. Timeout is 3mins in App & 1.5mins in Web(may be App also 1.5mins and might be UI issue). So a loop of 15 re-tries to figure out this mess and root cause. No solution. Digital India.

    @IndianTechGuide Good for nothing service provider. Even OTP will not come in bsnl sim. Worst sim ever in India
