  @nareshmeenasma1 Dear Customer, Currently, eSIM activation requires visiting the nearest BSNL Customer Service Center (CSC) for verification and processing. In case of a mobile change, eSIM transfer/re-activation on the new device also requires assistance through the BSNL CSC as per the applicable process. Regards, BSNL Care (Nishant)

  Booked a BSNL FTTH connection, but I'm already receiving conflicting information. The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. Please clarify the official policy and assign a proper technician.   Respected @JM_Scindia ji, 73-yr-old mother's BSNL number 945370** (10+ yrs in use, linked to Aadhaar & bank/OTPs) suddenly stopped working. Jhansi office says it's allocated to someone else & KYC was never done. Application + evidence already submitted. Please help reissue.

  @bhataktakavi I have airtel, BSNL, Vi. Airtel and BSNL are **** in data. Strangely, Vi works for me, most of the time.
