    @BSNLCorporate BSNL user for 20+ years in Varanasi. Experience is very bad and worsening day by day. Minor issues take weeks/months, complaints marked “resolved” without action, and local vendors rarely respond. Only thing consistent—bill reminders. Not sure who’s accountable.

    @CMDBSNL Sir, it's my earnest request to look into the following problem: We have got BSNL fibre ultra connection for our school. There is no internet since 4 days. I have registered complaint almost 95 hours back and still no response. It's a regular problem here.

    @EncrypticTV @IndSafetyWatch @InvestorOfJAMMU Not allow? Wtf? Bsnl employees are the laziest people i have even seen. Majority of them don't go to office. They all get free salaries. I know because my two relatives are in bsnl.

    @AxisBank hi ianfacing installation of axisbak app using BSNL sim SMS is sent and the connection becomes 2g temporarily , resulting in slow connection and the app losses connection Pl do something for BSNL customers to install axis Bank app
