They issued me a replacement SIM after Aadhaar verification and ₹60 payment, assuring activation within 6 hours. It has now been 7 days and it is still not activated.

It could have been resolved earlier but you guys choose to be little lazy and wait for Monday to work , today it's fixed thanks for this slow service
