    Many decade old trees being cut instead of being trimmed on LB road stretch from bsnl to Adyar depot for the metro :( already lots of trees were cut in the service lane stretch from malar to Adyar signal. Hope you plan to restore the greenery @cmrlofficial

    @BSNL_CHTD Dear Bsnl pls don't mislead customers by mentioning congestion free network. Still you never provide carrier Aggregation in your network to switch between voice and 4g data when call comes data disconnected like vice versa improve indoor signal quality @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

    1/3 I would like to bring to your notice that the BSNL mobile tower located in my village is not functioning properly. The main issue is that the tower works only when electricity is available, and as soon as the power supply goes off, the mobile network disappears completely.

    Hi @BSNL_KTK Thank you for installing the tower in our remote village (Hittinabail, Yellapur Taluk 581359) However there is no power backup to the tower,hence facing network issues. There are lots of power cut issues. Hence please arrange power backup to the mobile tower. #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate I purchased a new BSNL SIM today. The agent told me to call 1507 at 7 PM for activation, but after inserting the SIM it shows “Not registered on network.” How can I call 1507 if the SIM isn’t connecting to the network? Please help. @BSNL_KOTD

    Hi @BSNLCorporate BSNL broadband internet is not working in our area (Bawal, Haryana). My FTTH No. 1284297585. Local technician said there’s a circle-wide issue, escalated to DOT and BSNL higher management. But it’s been 2 days — still no resolution! @DoT_India @TRAI

    @JioCare Still no action from @JioCare @reliancejio after my last post. Paying for 100 Mbps and getting 10–12 Mbps isn’t “service,” it’s daylight cheating. If this is how you treat customers, people should run to BSNL Fiber without looking back. #JioAirFiber #ScamContinues

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Empower or Dispower BSNL doesn't have Roaming in Mumbai and New Delhi BSNL doesn't have network in Maharashtra It will be liss to enterprise or business No Grievance Redressal Mechanism so waste of your time and money
