    @BSNLCorporate very poor Internet connectivity of FTTH in Shaktinagar area pin code 23122 when whole country is celebrating AKAM. BSNL is taking money with pathetic service. Many a times authorities were informed about it but they do nothing.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR If you couldn't resolve my issue say it from last 1.5 month i have talked to your customer care multiple times everytime they say your issue will be resolved in 24 hrs. But still incoming call facility is not available on my BSNL number.

    @BSNLCorporate @gaurav798130 Why not keep a single customer care email ID to forward such requests? @CMDBSNL please take a note. BSNL has no single customer care email ID.

    @BSNL_UPW @DoT_India BSNL network is not available since 5 days in the Kithore Meerut UP West Area PIN code 250104. The network is intermittent and even 2G is not working. No calls and SMS are working.

    @CMDBSNL sir, in my place,pin 754110,odisha bsnl tower have no power backup,no network no internet... we twiteed 100 times you,complained district sdo,flashed news in media. still your bsnl doing nothing action. only eating our hard earned money. shame bsnl shame its service. stop looting

    @AshwiniVaishnaw ji can you seriously address this problem in BSNL Kovalam ECR area @BSNL_CHTD guys are super super lazy constantly keep complaining about Modi ji and his policies but they don’t work at all never seen such a lazy workforce they have that Sarkari Babu Attitude!🙏

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BIHAR I've recharged my BSNL number with Rs 2,399 (3GB/day unlimited plan) but in Bihar it is useless because at most places BSNL provides 2G coverage with speed up to 10 kbps only. This the worst service of BSNL is a coincidece or experiment?

    @CMDBSNL worest customer care services 9 times out of 10 call drops very harreshed from bsnl team they donot know anything please appoint the professional staff and improve the services otherwise bhagwan hi malik hai
