Complaint lodged docket no. 18567026640 ,no service, no repaired done. After 4 days message recieved docket closed. Again complaint lodged docket no. 18572721710 for same problem. How we rely on bsnl.

Vi has superior service due to less congestion, but I don't get the fact that they could have simply reduced 30-40 Rupees and make the existing plans more affordable to attract customers. VI is not good in indoor coverage and BSNL is working on themselves and tata also trying to mage it little better but it will take some time and hopefully BSNL will be a better compitetter someday if govt also tkcr.
