    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR My BSNL Bihar MNP number has VoLTE issue. 4G is available but calls shift to 2G. IMS shows “Not Registered”. 13 days passed. Docket No: B0129104586966. Kindly activate IMS/VoLTE manually at the earliest. Mobile: 6202916016 Circle: Bihar

    @BSNL_KL BSNL Skypro is a total waste. No customer support, suddenly channels are removed. When you contact customer care they speak in Hindi only and do not help to resolve issues. Please do not choose SkyPro

    @sigmoid300 @YTKDIndia The issue is unlike telecomm service providers like jio, airtel etc, cities in india are monpolies like bsnl.

    @Vijaych25656910 Carrier Aggregation for example suppose BSNL deploys (700+2100+2500) to use the benifit both the network operator & mobile phone should support this functionality

    @BSNL_JK The bsnl fiber of HSS Boniyar Baramulla connection id 01956295966 has been down and not functioning since 22nd of January, 2026. Inspire a number of complaints the problem not resolved so far. Being an educational institution top priority for its redressel needs.

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MPHQ I ported to BSNL 3 months ago, and since then I am unable to send SMS to any number. Customer care keeps saying “this is not a BSNL number” which is completely wrong. Please check my HLR/MNP profile and enable SMS services urgently.
