    BSNL FTTH again down . This the 6th time in this month. And we have no where to complain. Such a same. No wonder it is the worst network provider and soon it's going to close @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate Still no response. Internet is not working since past 2 days. No BSNL employee in Jagdishpur (Amethi) is giving any response. I am paying all the bills on time then why such bad service is given?

    Because of these people reply am physically and mentally disappointed . They not even think about how a customer values. Sorry bsnl I have to give off now. Work from home employees really fells for this kind of service.

    @BSNL4G is 4g BSNL network in Gujarat ? I'm facing so many Network issue in 3g network.... Not only internet problems but also issues in calling....

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks sir.. Network still not working and Person who is supposed to look into this issue in my area is not receiving the calls..I also logged the complaint no. 1055931714. My bsnl number is 020 29527054..This is a recurring issue..I always pay the bills much before the due date.

    @BSNL_CG_Circle it's been a month since my telephone has been in dead condition... Once I got connected to customer care, she was taking my complaint but in the middle of the conversation the phone got disconnected...I want to deactivate my bsnl landline now...

    Hi @TRAI @DoT_India my bsnl landline number 04142213583. Am using bsnl fibernet for the past years and for the last few months the internet speed is less than 1mbps. I raised a complaint to the team and it's all about 3 months no response form their side. (1/n)
