    BSNL FTTH again down . This the 6th time in this month. And we have no where to complain. Such a same. No wonder it is the worst network provider and soon it's going to close @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw

    don't take bsnl airfibre at any cost, this is my personal experience. i have paid 12000/- but it ain't working even after 10 days. my plan is also activated it means I have to pay the bills but I can't use it. i am planning to sue BSNL @BSNLCorporate help me! where to complain?

    @BSNLCorporate @Singhmritunjayk There is no connectivity in my area since morning and this has become usual.What about this? You can operate your network at least in town areas,Be a little serious regarding customers' problems otherwise this irresponsible behaviour of yours would result to privatization of BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate I am planning to install BSNL broadband or Bharat fibre, I already raised a request to install but no one contacted me from 5 days. Booking ID is EB20220200007713_041537, If this type of service you provide then how organisation gives you profit. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate I hv 60 mbps bsnl plan and i am getting good download speed but poor upload speed of below 10 mbps, I m a yt streamer and i hv to stream on YouTube everyday please @BSNLCorporate kindly solve my issue.

    @BSNLCorporate Why BSNL prove again and again that working with them is customer fault. BSNL unable to provide proper service and also not ready to accept it.

    @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate got installed my bsnl #ftth on 2nd feb 2022 every thing was working fine but after 5 days modem started losing signal and eventually lead to no internet signal on very next day saying pon line is down contact the vendor comes after 2 days part 1

    @j9900j BSNL front end customer care is good now a days. But beyond that point, don't expect anything or any work to be done properly.
