    Dear @BSNL_MP_Circle please refund my Rs 107 auto deducted by BSNL on 6.10.2021 from my main balance for validity extension. I already recharged with Rs. 94 for validity extension. This is my 3rd request since 6 Oct. Please don't create problems for your loyal customers.

    @BSNLCorporate disgusting service which I ever seen no body want to listen customer problem I am facing internet connectivity issue since 2 month after multiple written and verbal complaint bsnl office employee just ignoring my problem I paying every month 1495 for no internet

    @BSNLCorporate sir kal 09/10/2021 se ab tak bsnl network nahi aya. area pin 261303 pls sangyan lijiye.and stop validity extension plan provide 90days default service validity on each types of recharge like topup/unlimited this will be more beneficial for bsnl and cousyomers. 🙏🙏

    @CGMHRBSNL @CMDBSNL @anilvijminister Jai hind sir only 2 G internet is working in my village. When I go to city jhajjar it starts 3 G. I lodged a complain with Docket no. I1761000194 which is closed by bsnl but the problem is still  not resolved.pls lookinto. Bsnl can't do this

    @VishnuUdt @AGuyWhoUseBrai1 @devpromoth Really? Still you blame low level employees? It’s the higher management that’s inefficient to handle things, due to incompetency or for deliberate reasons( like how bsnl was dumped so that Jio will have greater space). Blaming a lower level employees is just deviates real issues

    @BSNL_OR I had submitted my Account closure request at BSNL Customer Care office, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar on 21/09/2021 and they had clearly informed me that the pending amount for my usage would be deducted from my security deposit. But bill generated again for this month.
