    @bsnl_care No resolution yet and testerday I talked with customer care, he told me go to the BSNL office to get VoLTE enabled. Pathetic service, seems like I need to port to Jio or Airtelwhen validity gets over.

    @BSNLCorporate i have made several complaints online and at the bsnl office but seems like you dont want us to have a landline. Kindly resolve it or never ask for payment as i am not going to pay

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ How many days it will take to solve a single problem 6 days how many days operator's are not picking phone calls, BSNL needs to provide the fiber welding machine to each and every customer so we can solve the problem by ourselves because your employees are useless,

    @lalitgrateful All other services provider using the main server of BSNL' thn they are upgrading the downlink and upperlink frequency... My point is why govt. not upgrading the self network ...
