The docket F1123162651397 was about VoWiFi service unavailability. Here the concern raised is about unavailability of sms on bsnl 4G.

Maninder Purewal (@ManiWealthHQ) reported@IndiaNewGen Recently I had to visited BSNL CSC for a SIM porting. Man I was jealous and wished for the job. I could surely add lot more value there and get things done faster and better. The employee did not seem to be well versed with process, first he took a personal call making me sit there with all the time in the world and post that said - "wait kijiye, washroom ja kar ata huin" . Just to find later that port request never reached Airtel. Had to visit again to get the job done.

Since recharge of one year plan in sept 2025 the outgoing always not working & whenever try to dial outgoing call failed will be displayed. Docket open & close by bsnl.
