    In Khurda subregistrar office there is no link for which no work is happening in system facing so much problem and wasted so much time, mere negligence of BSNL broadband for the shameless attitude towards work. BSNL NEEDS PRIVATISATION .

    @BSNL_OR #BSNL NIL signal since morning. Its a regular feature of BSNL,Jatni. If can't maintain the system, close it, customers shouldn't suffer! Business,works, medical-emergency, financial txn all hamper.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL user for 20+ years in Varanasi. Experience is very bad and worsening day by day. Minor issues take weeks/months, complaints marked “resolved” without action, and local vendors rarely respond. Only thing consistent—bill reminders. Not sure who’s accountable.

    @tushar9590 use bsnl gsm sim once in lifetime and if you use it again, i will pay for your prepaid for an year. It is worst telecom service, india has. you cannot change network till 90 days due to cool off period. you will not be able to make a single qr payment.

    I have handled DoT/ BSNL as a customer for dogs years. I don’t handle if anymore for almost 10 years. Today a person, erstwhile colleague called and said- he wanted to meet to understand DoT because he hasn’t been handling the account for almost a decade. I asked him but when were you handling DoT since ten years back you were with my company only and I was handling DoT. He said he handled it from defense side. He was actually never handling defence as I handled both defence and BSNL during NFS. He lied on my face. He had joined world’s largest SW MNC to handle defence on the fake experience of handling Defence during NFS while he was actually handing MHA. He happily stayed there three years and now it seems he has internalised his fake experience. What to do with such people?
