@Ranjan_Nayak BSNL installed fibre optic within 2 hours. Faster than jio or airtel. Service is very good.

@TRAI BSNL Odisha has send me the bill for the month of June even if my phone is dead since27.5.2020 which I have paid also as I am going to surrender the phone(0674)2420900 today 30th Junefor BSNL very callous attitude & poor service.kindly look into the matter.

@AshishEdsikar @elonmusk Hmmmm.... Fiber Cable kahan milega bolo... wahi karna baki hai. BSNL apply kiye hue 2 months ho gaye. Uske like grievance portal me complaint, ussme bhi last update 10th August ka tha... ab #atmanirbhar hi hu! Full.

After facing problems of Broadband, I applied for Fiber connection. I have paid my fees and deposited Demand Note in respective BSNL branch. But still no response for this. When I call BSNL SDO, Mcs, BBSR nobody receive the call.@BSNLCorporate

@NEERAJTendua @BSNLCorporate Not a single Indian will denie that fact that BSNL is just loot people. You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Does BSNL expect that people will keep paying without any services. My landline 0674-2592680 is dead since Cyclone Fani. I am paying rental every month. Never delayed paying bill of my postpaid mobile 9437030370. But it's neither good data nor clear voice.

@pureodiasaswata @OrtelComm @OrtelFtth I was one of the first customer of sky view then went for BSNL broadband then later switched over to Ortel FTth then to BSNL Ftth with a hope to get better service. Later disconnected all connections!

@manojsinhabjp I know because I complained repeatedly with mails, twitter,customer care,grievance cell.the local BSNL Odisha BBSR has taken a stand not to repair the phone.let me suffer .I am also not going to leave the complaint.Hence decided to surrender the phone on 28thjune

Telecom sector is dominated by private giants and @BSNLCorporate is not given an option to evolve. Just because of price hike, do not try to port to bsnl. There is no proper support and quality. Even after 24 hrs for port, Sim is not working. #bsnl #jio

@BSNLCorporate I had taken BSNL ftth connection on 30th may 2021 replacing my old broadband connection. Internet was started on the same day itself but my landline line phone 0651-2999304 is not functional till date. Inspite of several request, BSNL is not solving my problem.

@BSNLCorporate it's time for BSNL to capitalize on high handedness of private players. Vi basic plan went from 49 to 79 to 129.. this is loot. Soon going to port to bsnl. Hope BSNL improve just their coverage service..n all will become gud. Hope BSNL has lower basic plans.
