    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Does BSNL expect that people will keep paying without any services. My landline 0674-2592680 is dead since Cyclone Fani. I am paying rental every month. Never delayed paying bill of my postpaid mobile 9437030370. But it's neither good data nor clear voice.

    @pureodiasaswata @OrtelComm @OrtelFtth I was one of the first customer of sky view then went for BSNL broadband then later switched over to Ortel FTth then to BSNL Ftth with a hope to get better service. Later disconnected all connections!

    @NEERAJTendua @BSNLCorporate Not a single Indian will denie that fact that BSNL is just loot people. You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

    @Ranjan_Nayak BSNL installed fibre optic within 2 hours. Faster than jio or airtel. Service is very good.

    @BSNLCorporate why BSNL treat Odisha people as migrant. All good plans are available almost all over India but not in Odisha. As I am a great support or of BSNL since 2005. But its hurt me a lot how they behave with us

    After facing problems of Broadband, I applied for Fiber connection. I have paid my fees and deposited Demand Note in respective BSNL branch. But still no response for this. When I call BSNL SDO, Mcs, BBSR nobody receive the call.@BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KL The message service of BSNL is really a disappointing one. I only get the OTPs after session time out during bank transctns, I have to keep resending OTP. Also, recently my bank accnt got locked twice because of this issue, as all the OTPs arrive after a while together.

    @BSNL_KTK Our Landline plus Broadband is completely down for almost 10 days now and when reached out to the BSNL exchange they mention that they will try to complete it beyond Monday. Its been such a horrible experience.
