Due to wich registration or any other government paper work does not happen and people like us come every day to the government office and get an answer that @BSNL line is not working.

There is compulsion in running the company all employees can go on permanent leave and then blame government.....

Calls get disconnected, and we're unable to make or receive calls. There are constant network issues in Lingampet Mandal, Kamareddy district. Will you fix this problem after another decade? It's been happening for years. Is this the service we should expect? Many BSNL customers, including my parents, are now thinking of porting to another network. So I'm just frustrated with its service. They said to shut down 3G, but it's still there. They said 4G launched but not working properly. So how can BSNL end Jio's duopoly?

Never opt for BSNL SIM unless you don't have any other option. Private TSPs tend to be far more reliable.
