@BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate There is total network down in khopoli raigad maharashtra If any bsnl employees interested then kindly restore the network... There is compulsion in running the company all employees can go on permanent leave and then blame government.....

@BSNLCorporate The line in this area Khalapur is not working since last week and there is no resolution. Due to wich registration or any other government paper work does not happen and people like us come every day to the government office and get an answer that @BSNL line is not working.

@BSNL_MH Sir...I am BSNL mobile customer. Your network as also sms service is very poor. Important OTP's are also not received. Can you not improve connectivity to enhance mobile services ?

Bsnl telephone line is disconnected from 9.04.2019 in Amrai, Karjat. @BSNLCorporate Karjat office is not even concern about fixing this line problem after repeated request. Poor service by BSNL. Please look into this matter.

Every day i am calling to the regional bsnl office,but there is no response from there site.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL @CMDBSNL I am raising the complain to the higher authorities for the internet connection in our region is extremely worst and poor .the regional bsnl office providing extremely worst service, they does not focus on public complaint .i am complaining from last 8 to 10 day but no solution .

@BSNLCorporate @bsnlpune I have escalated the same issue from Jan-23 and still not fixed ,latest bill is again pointing to old fibre plan and still paying high charges for last 3 months. Extremely bad support from bsnl.Please escalate the issue or disconnect my connection.I will not pay.

There is no signal to bsnl router from past two days, it shows LOS. I complained to bsnl customer executive and the local operator their reply is we will fix soon from last two days @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

It is sad to share that BSNL is going down DBD , Comparing to others Co. @BSNL_AS I port Airtel To Bsnl From Assam Circle i.e #Lanka thinking of good performance but it totally opposite ( bad network) . I Hope it upgrade Soon with best service

@BSNLCorporate Very frustrated to see such a bad service from BSNL. Requested for a new FTTH connection on Saturday 11-03-23 still no body came for installation. When you call they tell that there are no contactors available. Will I get the connection? I am from Kolkata
