I want to buy a telephone to use it with My BSNL Fiber FTTH 07288299057,I contacted in bsnl office for the telephone, but they denied to give me telephone on my FTTH connection. They tell they will provide telephone to landline users not to bsnl ftth user. @BSNLCorporate Plz help

@BSNLCorporate The complaint is not resolved as of yet. The officer told me there is no power backup at the particular mobile phone tower so the problem occurs. How come bsnl as service provider does not have power backup when normal electricity failure occurs?!

@BSNLCorporate @iamshanumansuri Private companies take maximum 48 hours and our government's BSNL who have direct access to everything takes more than 2 weeks. why??? Most of the government employees never care about his customers.
