    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate in Saurikh Distt. Kannauj(U.P.) STD- 05691 BSNL couldn't provide network last two days, please resolve the problem soon. Many problems created without having network as receiving OTP, calling, internet and much more. Please do better in this department.

    I went to ask for BSNL FTTH connection, and have got the estimation of 38,000rs for the FTTH connection. As per the government rules, it is their responsibility to provide the internet services to every home. Why should I pay so much?Please help me.@BSNL_KTK @bsnl_ftth @PMOIndia

    @RahulGandhi I appreciate the discussion but just one question will burst your bubble. Why did INC create monopolies of Govt owned companies. Do you think they are good? It’s proven monopolies are bad. If yes,will two you support privatizing Indian Oil, State Bank, Indian railways and BSNL

    @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw No wifi connection since last 3hrs. Seems these technical issues will never be ended. Most irritating stuff of this whole year to choose BSNL broadband.

    Very pathetic service from @BSNLCorporate BSNL fiber local vendor Rahul infotech @ KKR Nagar, Madhavaram-Chennai. They are playing game in picking the service call. They pick the call & put down the receiver 4 a while. we can here them chatting without responding to the customer

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Am a customer for 6 years.I had a problem in calling certain land numbers of BSNL in Kerala on 10th. I visited one of your physical customer service stations, explained, and they understood the issue. Said would solve the issue in 48 hours.

    @MrsGandhi Ma'am I love in Delhi and BSNL is almost useless. I tried using their services long back. I even used private internet service provide those all were failed to provided break free internet services. It's only @airtelindia which is so quick and provide break free internet srvc

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir facing issue with BSNL broadband for last two days Panjab University Chandigarh campus no BB vendor other than BSNL is allowed to provide services and bSNL service are down I am working from remote for my IT company and my work is suffering very badly

    @BSNLCorporate Oh really, I think BSNL is not serious about its existence in communication world. A very small piece of advice - deal the problems on ground reality.
