There us no network since 10 days in Khed, Ratnagiri because of non payment of electricity bills and toy are still charging me rent, there is no mobile network also.

Land is not a issue if they want. everyday I go to my office and see NTPC has huge plots bang on Sector 62 Noida which can be used. Similarly In Indirapuram BSNL has a huge vacant plot for atleast 20 years. I am sure Vaishali, Vasundhara would have similar plots
