@BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL what's happening, there is no rolly of my previous tweets from bsnl authorities. There us no network since 10 days in Khed, Ratnagiri because of non payment of electricity bills and toy are still charging me rent, there is no mobile network also.

@BSNLCorporate Jio is biggest customer of BSNL tower business and they are active and you have switched off the total services. What a shame

After continues follow up technicians came could not resolve the issue and said the broadband box is defected which is a Chinese make , though the broadband modem is provided by BSNL Bhopal , should customer surrender the BSNL services and opt for Airtel or JIO. Official advice

Im using bsnl prepaid number but at my place there is no network. We have bsnl tower very near to my place but the operator is not doing his job properly. Lot of problems bcz of this reason. Should be take action as early as possible
