    @itzksrai Dear Customer, To activate the VoLTE service, please type ACTVOLTE and send it via SMS to 53733. After submitting the request, the service may take up to 24 hours for activation. VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on handset compatibility, approved software version, and network provisioning. For supported devices, you can manually enable it by going to your handset Settings → Wi-Fi Calling/VoWiFi and turning it ON while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Please ensure that your handset software is updated to the latest version. For further assistance, please contact BSNL Customer Care at 1800-180-1503 or visit your nearest BSNL office.     @BSNLCorporate hi. I had recharged on 27th Aug for bsnl prepaid no. Still it’s not reflecting in the account till today. The phone app is not allowing to register a complaint as well. Please help asap.

    @insaneani_ Hmm, they might have got the factories of parsi brands which got shut down recently. Like Jio used BSNL they are going to use amul co-op logistics & raw materials for sure. They are not known to create their own supply chain.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I want to raise a serious complaint regarding an extra charge of ₹3,000 for a single BSNL connection. I have been asked to pay this amount apart from the official BSNL charges. @JM_Scindia
