@CMDBSNL @robertravi21 @BSNLCorporate You are posting as if #BSNL4G is better. But the reality is we (mostly) get 3G only from a 4G tower which is just abt 300 mtrs away. This is how #BSNL service is. 👎🏻 Is #BSNLIndia unfit to provide better service... to match pvt operators.

@CMDBSNL @robertravi21 @BSNLCorporate We get poor n/w even though tower is just abt 300 mtrs away. Tower is 4G activated, but we get 3G (H) only. This is how #BSNL4G service is. 👎🏻 And, frequently #BSNL n/w goes off for 2-3 days. Ppl can't expect good service from #BSNLIndia.

@JM_Scindia Sir, In Chennai 4G/3G data is down. It is recurring regularly. Forcing BSNL customer out of BSNL. My mobile is receiving signal ftom The Tower at Salma Apartment/West Mambalam/Kodambakkam Chennai. The issue of voice call drop, Data drop is regular for long.

@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Details shared in DM. Pls note,we are unable to recharge with proper plans as we don't get proper #BSNL signal & data. Most 99% of times, we get 3G only from #BSNL4G tower & that is also buffering. If we get better 4G, we can recharge with higher plans. #BSNLIndia
