My landline & broand band at Hubli (0836) are dead since yesterday. I called BSNL Tollfree No. 18001801503 he was unable to take my complaint. He suggested me two toll free nos. to lodge a complaints - 18001801504 & 18001801500.

@TomLasseter Neither Twitter is Safe. Example :- if you complain something on Twitter about the airtel, Jio, vodaphone Or BSNL. The respective ISP will directly track as it has all user data. And you may even get unknowingly a call for talking on the issue.

@BSNLCorporate BSNL FTTH is down since morning in Wardha-442001(MH) and this is happening everyday since the last month. I complaint on Customer care, they registered the complaint but nobody bother to come and check. They mark the issue as solved without checking.

@BSNL_JK Worst services of broad band and fibre as if one buys a plan of 30mbps they can't even provide you 5mbps and if one makes any complaint regarding this nothing is gonna happen. That is why BSNL services are getting rearer as compared to other private service providers.
