Students of zanskar is facing big problem in terms of their education due to network issues .Other part of the students are getting classes via digital mode But ZANSKAR Valley doesn't have such facilities. installation of Jio towers fast & Provide 3G service on existing BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate My bsnl number is 9696383637. I live in Pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh near bsnl office. Most of the time 4G is not available and when it is available it gives a speed of 25-30 kbps only. Please resolve this issue asap.

from more than 3 months, huge call drop facing in my mother's phone. I complaint many time in bsnl customer care. But they are taking very lightly this and not resolving call drop. I sincerely request you @DoT_India please help me. You are only hope to resolve it. @BSNL_KOTD

in last 30 days there is signal only for 7 days and there is lockdown going on and that's why i could not find the the people who can port the sim if i get anyone on that time there is no siganl from last 1 year I'm using bsnl in 365 days i received signal only for 90 days

@BSNLCorporate Internet service of BSNL fiber is stopped from 3 days. Landline number is not activated till now 15 days have passed taking the connection. Please resolve the issue asap and accordingly help with compensation for these days.
