    @BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

    @Uday021266 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH From more than 15 days, I'm facing the issue, I've tried many times to contact bsnl customer care but the number get disconnected many times. It's nothing but consumer harassment.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_mh_pune I am unable to place call from my BSNL mobile number 7776061148 to specific number of ICICI bank 02233667777. I tried from different bsnl number but all had same issue. This issue is not unresolved since I raised complaint on 31/3/22.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, you are factually incorrect. The problem is not resolved. I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

    @BSNLCorporate @narendramodi @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear BSNL, never ever once a recharge of your number goes successfully through any payment app. Always goes into pending. Check airtel or Vodafone, immediate confirmation. What kind of QoS are you providing.

    @BSNL_BR The funds of 2017 works of @_DigitalIndia project under BSNL Bihar Circle had not been allocated since 4 and half yrs of 100% completion of works. We BSNL contractor from Bihar are in great trouble just because of BSNL Babu, Redtapism, and non professional attitude of officials.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, Our PRI line 05422720010, Varanasi is defunct due to some technical issues. Being Janmashtami, the Exchange and transmission office are also closed. No officers or staff are traceable. Our business suffers due to BSNL people's negligence. Kindly resolve.

    Hii @JioCare i ported my number from bsnl to jio. Now I am unable to receive any call from bsnl number but able to call them. It's saying this no doesn't exist to other bsnl customers. I raised this issue but didn't get satisfactory response.

    @JayvijaySachan There is no motivation or passion in most govt jobs to provide even basic customer services.. Ppl who wants to sit on their a$$ for rest of their lives mostly take these jobs... Recent exp with bsnl, felt like they were doing a favor... Privatization is the only solution..
