    @BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, you are factually incorrect. The problem is not resolved. I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

    @Uday021266 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH From more than 15 days, I'm facing the issue, I've tried many times to contact bsnl customer care but the number get disconnected many times. It's nothing but consumer harassment.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_mh_pune I am unable to place call from my BSNL mobile number 7776061148 to specific number of ICICI bank 02233667777. I tried from different bsnl number but all had same issue. This issue is not unresolved since I raised complaint on 31/3/22.

    @BSNLCorporate my issue is yet not resolved only getting 2g network in my bsnl 3g data card (1098 plan is active) not able to use the internet from 17 Feb 2021 earlier it was working fine. already told you to fix it but no action is taken.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL Team, Seriously disgusting.Our humble request to you people please check it we are seriously having this issue again since morning.Sometimes it's working fine, frw times partially & few times nothing. After given repeted complaints you people still not a resolution for it.

    @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial , I am using Dolphin connection in Sec 74 Noida. There is no signal in my phone from long time. Does this mean MTNL/BSNL does not have any tower in Noida ?. Should I port my Number To another operator?

    @BSNLCorporate I have bsnl broadband at 07582231203 it was all fine till now but i have noticed and checked that my speeds are now 0.37 mbps(down) and 0.41 (upload) please provide resolve to these dismal numbers. I know you can. i am loyal customer.thanks

    @BSNLCorporate We at Dhuliyan area of Murshidabad District of West Bengal suffer at least 2 days no network problem everymonth. BSNL customers are suffering a lot since last few years. BSNL is not improving its service in our area. Please look into the matter.
