@BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_mh_pune I am unable to place call from my BSNL mobile number 7776061148 to specific number of ICICI bank 02233667777. I tried from different bsnl number but all had same issue. This issue is not unresolved since I raised complaint on 31/3/22.

@IndianTechGuide What's the use when half the time, there's no network coverage? I too have a BSNL sim but I recharge it only to keep the number alive. Their 107 plan gives 35 days validity. But the coverage is extremely poor compared to my other sim i.e., Jio.

@bsnl_care Hi team I'm from Agra and my BSNL number is 7533996011. I'm not able to use VOLTE service on my number. Many compliments register through toll free number and app. Every complaint resolved but I'm not getting VOLTE till now.

@TanaysinghT It's not that Vodafone doesn't have issues in 5G NSA mode there are some, but the situation isn’t as bad as it is with Airtel's 5G NSA network. And BSNL isn’t even worth mentioning it'll take them two years just to stabilize 4G, and only then can they think about bringing 5G NSA.

@IndianTechGuide They should also launch some low-orbit satellites to provide better connectivity and #Internet services. What will users do after having a #BSNL Sim card? Most places do not have network coverage by BSNL.

@hidanxgod @IndianTechGuide As of June 2025, BSNL does not offer eSIM services. Recent posts from BSNL Care on X confirm they currently lack eSIM support, despite plans for a March 2025 launch. They are working on network improvements, but no updated timeline for eSIM is available. Consider Jio or Airtel for eSIM needs.
