    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_mh_pune I am unable to place call from my BSNL mobile number 7776061148 to specific number of ICICI bank 02233667777. I tried from different bsnl number but all had same issue. This issue is not unresolved since I raised complaint on 31/3/22.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, you are factually incorrect. The problem is not resolved. I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

    @Uday021266 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH From more than 15 days, I'm facing the issue, I've tried many times to contact bsnl customer care but the number get disconnected many times. It's nothing but consumer harassment.

    @BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Instead of boasting new investment I hope BSNL can also invest in existing customers . I have been waiting for 4 days for broadband to be fixed in my Gurgaon sector 9 connection. You guys have zero service standard and I hope some privatisation happens in future for customers

    @yabhishekhd I'm using bsnl 3g.. much better in terms of price and speed. Though in outage it does get pathetic but that don't happen regularly.

    @BSNLCorporate I am done with BSNL. I know that there is no support from the #GovernmentofIndia towards BSNL growth. The government is leaning towards private network. #thankyoubsnl for these many years. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN spoken to JE designated officer of Kangayam bsnl office. He clarifies no need to pay the amount to LCO. Requested him to speak to LCO to solve the issue. Hope problem will solve.

    @BSNLCorporate I am sick and tired of writing mails to BSNL Gurgaon for fixing my broadband to normal service from safe custody. 4 days zero response … laid back attitude and no responsibility . Every single request with BSNL results in a nightmare as a consumer.

It seems that the higher authorities of BSNL have ******* with private companies,That we will harass BSNL users and they will take their connection from local private service provider.what a shameful job.
