@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_mh_pune I am unable to place call from my BSNL mobile number 7776061148 to specific number of ICICI bank 02233667777. I tried from different bsnl number but all had same issue. This issue is not unresolved since I raised complaint on 31/3/22.

@BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

@BSNLCorporate Sir, you are factually incorrect. The problem is not resolved. I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

@Uday021266 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH From more than 15 days, I'm facing the issue, I've tried many times to contact bsnl customer care but the number get disconnected many times. It's nothing but consumer harassment.

@TRAI BSNL is not setting up 4G tower at Vivekananda Sangha Club, Baghajatin, G Block, Kolkata - 86. Internet speed is very low in this area. Inspite of several complaints, BSNL is not taking any steps to improve the network in this area.

Our request was not to consider 5g. We r still 2 and sometime 3g Pls help

@DoT_India Sir there is big problem for VSNL IDA pensioners. 6 yrs over no implementation of 3rd DPE scale wef 1.1.2017. No CGHS facility. No P-ID cards. VSNL now TCL, VSNL pensioners are alive. DOT must mention in their all orders to BSNL/MTNL that, it's applicable to VSNL pensioners also.

I recharged my number on 8th on my bsnl sim of ₹187 but it is still not reflected. I book a complaint on 14th, January the support team have me resolution of 16th, January. But now when I calling customer they cut my call and behave rudely #fraud @BSNLCorporate @consumerforum_

@PMOIndia sir,waste of keeping BSNL service. Pathetic services noted, while all the other networks are currently working to implement 5g but bsnl still in 4g.FTTH services in Hyderabad rest are worst, least attended technician. Make BSNL private sir.
