    @BSNLCorporate Sir, you are factually incorrect. The problem is not resolved. I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_mh_pune I am unable to place call from my BSNL mobile number 7776061148 to specific number of ICICI bank 02233667777. I tried from different bsnl number but all had same issue. This issue is not unresolved since I raised complaint on 31/3/22.

    @Uday021266 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH From more than 15 days, I'm facing the issue, I've tried many times to contact bsnl customer care but the number get disconnected many times. It's nothing but consumer harassment.

    @BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

    @bsnl_care Team, indoor coverage is terrible. Deep within apartment and rooms, there is hardly any network. By the time new BTS starts working, i doubt people will stay with BSNL here. What is the update on wifi calling in android? Especially Samsung

    2 number of BSNL telecommunication towers are installed here and are working properly but Airtel and Jio towers are not available due to the unavailability of network coverage, Airtel and Jio users are facing a lot of problems plz intervene. @dmshopian @shishrgupta @JKSamadhan

    @bsnl_care Irrespective of I provided the BSNL given Complaint number instead of solving the issue from since last 20 days they are again2 saying provide all sensitive details. They have now disconnected my wifi which is not right kind of service. Please intervene.@jagograhakjago @AmitShah

    According to you which telecom operator provides best customer service ? . BSNL . JIO . Airtel . vI I have good experience with Airtel rest is pathetic. e.g. yesterday I booked a JIO SIM for Home delivery, Jio person didn't showed up and I called him next day and he said, Bhai aap Jio Store se le lo..     @bsnl_care It has been 7 days. What is the update on my complaint? We trusted BSNL enough to pay ₹20k for the installation. Now, the service is at its worst, and your local service provider seems to be in a deep sleep. Please wake him up and resolve this immediately.
