    @BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, you are factually incorrect. The problem is not resolved. I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_mh_pune I am unable to place call from my BSNL mobile number 7776061148 to specific number of ICICI bank 02233667777. I tried from different bsnl number but all had same issue. This issue is not unresolved since I raised complaint on 31/3/22.

    @Uday021266 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH From more than 15 days, I'm facing the issue, I've tried many times to contact bsnl customer care but the number get disconnected many times. It's nothing but consumer harassment.

    Issue. As a customer of BSNL I think people are doomed. Can you make arrangements for a replacement sim to be sent to me? I can pay the postage. It can anywhich ways be activated only post my confirmation. Let's be reasonable. This is the 21st century for God's sake!

    @ACTFibernet its been 5 days. Daily ETR is changing. I have raised complaint on App and here on twitter. Still no use. No answer from any officials. Jio and Airtel and even BSNL are functioning within 24 hours. If u can't provide services today we shall move on to other .

    @KanwalSibal Send SMS " PORT(space) Your mobile number " to 1900 . They'll call you in hours . Just like before when 3G was launched 2G services were degraded then 3G for 4 G now 4G for 5G by all operators except BSNL they still give 3G ,4G doesn't work.

    Now bsnl is doing good but it's late to join now, the equipment which BSNL uses are 5G, converting 5Gto 4G signal so there is loss of signal. It causes instability in network coverage. (What iam facing now with BSNL) My question is why don't you just buy VI and merge with BSNL (2

    But receiving service only for 15/18 days … pls check my complaints …. Filthy service …we can’t work in full because no net ..Pgm Pune …. Is not fit for the job such shameless person even after complaining for so many times .. he doesn’t bother ,Corrupt Manager ..Shame BSNL.
