  @BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

  @BSNLCorporate Sir, you are factually incorrect. The problem is not resolved. I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

  @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_mh_pune I am unable to place call from my BSNL mobile number 7776061148 to specific number of ICICI bank 02233667777. I tried from different bsnl number but all had same issue. This issue is not unresolved since I raised complaint on 31/3/22.

  @Uday021266 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH From more than 15 days, I'm facing the issue, I've tried many times to contact bsnl customer care but the number get disconnected many times. It's nothing but consumer harassment.

  @reliancejio seems bsnl 3G would be better than your 5G as it doesn't work but BSNL 3G might atleast work. Make sure your internet is properly available else it won't take much subscribers to shift soon as your cost has increased significantly and service quality has decreased

  @ddiwakar was raised by the System Manager and BSNL Authorities were also contacted to resolve the issue. It took them till 3:00 PM to resolve the internet issue. (2/4)

  @Ravisutanjani BSNL and MTNL charge zero if one doesn't call or use data! But no signal 99% time. I do hv a MTNL sim. I don't know if that's the choice customers want. There is minimum charge on electricity too. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.

  @otvkhabar Today70 crores of poor people r deprived of getting minimum service like Healthcare, Education,Water,Shelter&telephone (BSNL).Lakhs crores of money(collected from poor people)is being invested every year to develop d above infrastructure.But are you satisfied?Ask your conscience
