  @TRAI Now Vi will remove 99 plan from remaining 6 C circles. BSNL will remove data from 107 plan. Jio and Airtel will remove 2 GB from 189 and 199 plan. Good distraction created to fool public from real issues.

  @BSNLCorporate Even after recharging, incoming and outgoing calls are still barred. Upon calling customer service, they asked me to visit the BSNL office, which is approximately 20km away. Is this a practical solution and the support expected?

  @Kiranhyd @Fintech03 The system itself was faulty and then lazy Babus. We had to wait for 2 years for BSNL landline during 96-98. Then it was always dead for 15 days a month. Lineman used to charge 50-100 those days itself to fix on official complaint. That's why everything should be privatized.

  @ViCustomerCare I have ported my mobile number from BSNL to Vi through your store. At the time of porting the SIM, I paid ₹199 for the first recharge. While my phone number has successfully been ported, i have rec message first recharge was not done by VI store pls help..
