    Very poor network services by @BSNLCorporate. Electricity gone means network gone. Bsnl claiming that we've changed battery back up. If it do so, then issues should not come to picture again. Escalation of the problem would be highest priority. @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNL_RJ I have bsnl connection and my basic phone out of service from 21st December and filed complain online ..after 3 hrs I got msg that my problem has been resolved but no body come to resolve problem just got msg same thing is going on. cmpln again and got msg prblm resolve.

    @Indian10000000 The Freedom Phone is available for ₹250 and BSNL offers free 5G so every MGNREGA worker can do this attendance with out any problem.
