@DoT_India @BSNLCorporate From past 15 days the BSNL BHARAT FIBER cable operator unable to resolve my issue on BHARAT FIBER VOICE(VOIP). I asked them to connect the telephone to the broadband such that I can avail calling service. They tried 1-2 days but it seems they failed(1/2)

@AshwiniVaishnaw What to do with that? BSNL has changed plans for mobiles without even informing customers. Got heavy bills, visited Offive to enquir, given application to change plan 10 days back, still no action. Why we shld pay high charges when we dont require the same plan? Pathetic service.

I am Ayushman from Tatiri, Baghpat , Uttar Pradesh. I am using BSNL sim , I complain more than 5 to 6 time because poor coverage of 3g network at my location but i don't get any solution from bsnl and now the customer care decline to register my complain. @BSNLCorporate

Hello @BSNLCorporate, I joined bsnl faimly 2 months ago, but you treat your faimly like we are nothing at all. My broadband connection has been stopped for almost 48 hours and this thing is going on repeatedly every week. Please look into it. Pin-497116. (Member of bsnl faimly).

It's been more than 20 days i have given application for shifting my landline number 020-24275851 @BSNLCorporate @bsnl your staff is so lazy that no one is even bothering to answe our calls properly. Still not resolved. Pathetic service
