    @BSNL_PB I got a broadband connection (0164-2922954) through bsnl office, bharat nagar,Bathinda. I took a plan of 449/month however, every month I get a different bill amt. When I enquire from customer care, they are clueless and the Bathinda office staff doesn’t pick up my calls

    BSNL, India's first network is now NOT available.... We get all pvt network but can't get BSNL. How strange it is. Even I can't get 2G Or 3G, forget about 4G. All those who work for BSNL, are they aware of this fact. Are you using BSNL SIM card. Please look and solve it

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My complaint regarding poor network 31-3856722592039. I got message that it is resolved not once 3-4 timed, but nothing happens on ground. No one visited the location either. Are you copying BSNL?

    @nuts2406 BTW, in Cal, most service reps now speak Hindi! Last time, I pressed the button for a Bengali operator, when I called BSNL; and a Hindi speaking rep picked up & informed me that “Bengali operators” are not available! So I spoke in English to spite him!

    @puffin_pipe @PMOIndia @narendramodi All public sector enterprises like BSNL should be sold off. There is no efficiency in them. I gave up my BSNL landline more than 4 years ago. Every time I had a disconnection problem, I had to visit the Divisional Manager, because no one below him responded.

    @thewire_in @guptavivek83 Highlights the necessity of privatisation. From Railways to Air India to MTNL/BSNL unions - these obscurantists will oppose any change that reduces their own corruption and incompetence. The left and the public sector unions are the real exploiters of the poor!

    @BSNLCorporate Thank you for the response. However it seems to be a bigger issue. The concerned unit is yet to respond and the local branch office of BSNL is indifferent to say the least. I am perplexed as to how such customer relation translates to good business.
