    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

    @bsnlmobileindia Worst mobile wireless services provided by BSNL . 3G internet buffers on youtube . Downloading speed is slow in 3G in downloading apps from App store and Play Store . 4G services are the worst provided by you all. You shall improve your wireless mobile services

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate I have taken a 50mbps broadband plan, however the speed is less than 2mbps. It's been months facing slow internet issue, however no action has been taken care. When we approach nearest bsnl office, they're least bothered about it. Really disappointed.

    @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear DOT, pls improve Bsnl FTTH customer service. It has been down from this morning and 15 Aug being a holiday I assume all your technicians are out. So what do you expect a customer to do ? Isn't it logical to have backup man power to resolve priority issues ?
