    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

    @bsnlmobileindia Worst mobile wireless services provided by BSNL . 3G internet buffers on youtube . Downloading speed is slow in 3G in downloading apps from App store and Play Store . 4G services are the worst provided by you all. You shall improve your wireless mobile services

    Call drop case of BSNL network has increased manifold in Bihar and Jharkhand. Improve the quality of service otherwise subscribers will be compelled to switch to another service providers.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_APCircle Very pathetic service from BSNL. I ported my number to BSNL and for the last 3 days I have been roaming around BSNL office. They clearly told me my SIM will be activated by 11:49 PM on 13 Jan 2026, but till now nothing happened. Because of this delay
