    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

    @sandeepohri People of india have lot of money and they ready to pay high recharge amount also and same time blam gov that why they not support mtnl/bsnl ! Hope people use atleast 1 sim of bsnl/mtnl in a family !

    @BSNLCorporate Why can't it be changed through online mode ? When will BSNL develop its software infrastructure ? We are not living in 2002 where we used to visit telephone exchange for every problem. Things should be digitalised ASAP. Pathetic service. @BSNLJHARKHAND

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CG_Circle Dear BSNL, my BSNL Bharat Fiber not working properly. I complained about this problem to my local vendor who provide me connection but I didn't get any response from them. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate i am an old customer and genuine lover of bsnl network, but matter of fact is that bsnl gets shutoff for days and thus it is leading to huge money loss for customers.. so i will like if @BSNLCorporate atleast refund money on days of shutoff! PLEASE 🙏

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India I tried to apply for new @BSNL_MH BSNL fibre connection through website. It's way difficult to apply. Later I contacted on CCN 18003451504 but nobody picks up the call. Why don't you offer customer friendly service like private companies.?

    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia Lol its the 3rd time now the entire services of BSNL are down in the last 10 days,only coz you don't have any backup plan.We r not even getting OTP due to no network. Plz have some backup plan. @TRAI what action taking on govt company for such services
