    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

    @BSNLCorporate Asurance must have prompt action that reflect the bright image of @BSNLCorporate ... if bsnl can't serve corporate connections that could they serve an individual customer... Govt. Bodies (@BSNLCorporate )must have solid action .

    @BSNL_KTK Customer care number is only waste of time of customersvno response from the bsnl customer care,no one lift the call and solve the problems, care about customers otherwise customers will Port out from ur network

    I can't understand why the incoming call charges are taken by #bsnl from my balance. I called customer care twice, send SMS as instructed but still BSNL deducting it. Shall I change the provider now for permanent solution?
