  @bsnlmobileindia No network and emergency calls showing in my phone. And at my cyber cafe BSNL broadband service is not working properly. When I searched in the network setting BSNL Network is not showing over there. My phone number is 8986708312

  @bsnlmobileindia Worst mobile wireless services provided by BSNL . 3G internet buffers on youtube . Downloading speed is slow in 3G in downloading apps from App store and Play Store . 4G services are the worst provided by you all. You shall improve your wireless mobile services

  @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

  According to you which telecom operator provides best customer service ? . BSNL . JIO . Airtel . vI I have good experience with Airtel rest is pathetic. e.g. yesterday I booked a JIO SIM for Home delivery, Jio person didn't showed up and I called him next day and he said, Bhai aap Jio Store se le lo..   .@airtelindia recently switched to Airtel. Hope for better network coverage than BSNL, but even it's wifi calling is not working properly at my area. When raised, Airtel said my device doesn't support it. 🙄 Samsung s20 fe 5g inherently supports it. Still Airtel making excuses.

  12/ But the fiscal cost is huge. Analysis shows BSNL spends 4 to 5 times its revenue just on salaries for staff maintaining outdated technology. This is money that could have gone into building a modern 5G network or high-tech manufacturing.

  I am from 713409. At home, Jio network is very poor—call drops, unclear voice, almost no internet. BSNL works better in the same location. At workplace (733134), Jio 5G works well Facing this since 2018 with no resolution Kindly take action. 9239000163 @JioCare @reliancejio
