    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

    @cgmbsnlkerala @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate POOR SERVICE FOR BSNL FTTH. No response received for internet connectivity issues raised. The network is unreliable and the down time is high. NOT SUITABLE FOR WORK FROM HOME AND VIDEO CONFERENCING.

    @shrutimmw @deepakbhx Jio gives connections free to consumers, consumers move to Jio, BSNL has no money to invest. Jio & Airtel oligopoly created. Next 5 years price of telecommunication will go through roof. Govt. OTP compulsion will only help these companies.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate , kindly look after your continuous network problems in our state Tripura (North-East Region), most of the time we are unable to use the network be it the BSNL Mobile Data, Broadband or Wi-Fi. Please take necessary steps to fix this serious problem. Thank you.

    @soamjena Sir , Please start your service at Talcher Thermal, Angul. We dont have any other options except Railtel and BSNL. Those two are not providing service well. Especially am feeling irritate as my work is in cloud.

    We have vacated the house on 31st Dec 2020. But bill has been generated till March 2021. Please note disconnection request dated 22 Dec 2020. Poor Service by BSNL. We need compensation and reimbursement from Jan 2021 bill. Otherwise we will take action against BSNL.
