@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

@BSNL_UPW Since 6 days I am requesting for Broadband Connection but no-one is hearing me seriously. There is J.E Ramesh at Swar tehisil-244924, He is not taking any action. This is the reason BSNL is lacking in India. @rsprasad help sir. Nobody Picks exchange number 05952350000

@CgmTelangana BSNL landline of my parents (aged 77 and 73) in HYD city proper not working for 13 days now. Repeated complaints via phone and online portals have not been heeded to. Post on FB messenger and on BSNL FB page did not. Covid times, alone, scary feeling. PLS HELP

@ACTFibernet your customer care is very bad.Applied for Static Ip on 25th March,2021.Still haven't got it and routing from jaipur to mumbai server is also ****** up. Please disconnect my connection as soon as possible.Bsnl is providing better routing than u guys.

@bijuchira @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL All are went to forcefully VRS, No one is there with BSNL to attend the complaint in time. we have to wait till they are resolving the problems with their way and time or we have to disconnect the connections.
